Upgrade of testing workplace for solar cells
Řezníček, Martin ; Křivík, Petr (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
The master‘s thesis is focused on the modification of measurement workplace for solar cells. In the first part of the thesis are introduced general problems of the solar energy and possible use in the international power supply, the details about the photovoltaic effect, processing of solar cells and their subsequent parameters. More further in the text the autor is concerned with causes of solar cells defects formation and representation of the most important defects. For defects detection are known the detection methods of solar cells, which are generally described in the text. The second part of the thesis includes detailed description of the LBIC method and workplace both the VUT Brno, and in Solartec, Ltd. The most important point of this part is project and description of innovated workplace from hardware and software realization. There is out of print the function and the description of the user interface and subsequently there are mentioned results gained from original and innovated workplace. In the conclusion are summarized whole activities of the master’s thesis, described and evaluated achieved results and outlined the direction, where would the other development of the LBIC workplace on VUT Brno be proceeding.
Production logistics
Olej, Tomáš ; Vaněk, Jiří (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with manufacturing and logistic issues of low voltage cabinets produced by ProCS, s.r.o. company. The aim is to design and evaluate manufacturing and assembling process rationalization proposal. The proposal is based on familiarization with technological process of cabinet's manufacturing. Becoming familiar with manufacturing and assembling process of marshalling and system cabinets made it possible to find an opportunity of rationalization through automation of selected assembling processes. Automation of striping and crimping process is possible through suitable crimping machine. Situation before and after rationalization is economically interpreted and evaluated using break even point analysis. Through mentioned rationalization arrangement it is possible to improve manufacturing flexibility, reduce lead times and cut down manufacturing costs.
Resistance measurement of corrosion layers with help of conductometric method
Juras, Jiří ; Vaněk, Jiří (referee) ; Bača, Petr (advisor)
The work deals with topic of bipolar electrodes of lead-acid accumulator. Theoretical part of the thesis presents of comtenporary knowledge of the topic as it is described in scientific literature. Experimental part deals with conductometric method that is used in corrosion rate measurement of experimental electrodes.
Development control programme for autonomous fotovoltaic system
Janáč, Stanislav ; Vaněk, Jiří (referee) ; Bača, Petr (advisor)
The project considers realization system, which allows us to test six different operation modes on lifetime of accumulators. The system will be connected to computer, that will perform measurement of current and voltage and switch betwen charge and discharge modes. The measured values will be recorded in certain time intervals to computer memory. After some time these measured data will be analised and the most optimal operational mode will be set.
Anyalyze of photovoltaic cell by noise diagnostic
Husák, Marek ; Sládek, Petr (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
The master’s thesis deals with the noise diagnostic in the solar cells. Describes the main kinds of noises. The samples were quality and reliability screened using noise reliability indicators. The samples were surveyed by measuring the I-V characteristics, the noise spectral density as a function of forward voltage and frequency. It was calculated the noise spectral density as a function of forward current.
Solar cells photoluminescence defect detection methods
Vala, Zbyněk ; Veselý, Aleš (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis discusses modern methods for fast defect detection of solar cells. For the means of the defect classification, the technological production process of crystalline silicon solar cells is described. The defects are researched by the electroluminescence and prohtoluminescence methods. The Photoluminiscence method is improved by the posibility of using different wavelenght of excitacion sources. The range of using in industrial production is determined for the discussed methods.
Net for communication in a company
Sychra, Jakub ; Vaněk, Jiří (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with accessible communications technologies and their possible usage in firms. It is necessary to have a survey about types and trends of communications technologies at proposal of communications network. It is important to choose the combination that is suitable with its reliability, achievement and price.
Shadow effect on solar systems characteristic
Dus, Ondřej ; Bača, Petr (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with study of shadow effect on solar system characteristic. The general aim is to design and create solar module for study of shadow effect and measurement under solar simulator.
Control system used in autonomous solar system
Slezák, Pavel ; Dolenský, Jan (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis dealing with description and of autonomous solar systems and algorithms for control of decision-making mechanism. Optimal set of these machanism has effeect in raise of efficiency in hole autonomous system. In practical purposes propose create one by using microprocesor ATMEGA8, which measure all electrical data in system and control all decisions of implemented algorithm.
Diagnostic of photovoltaic cells by LBIV
Sládek, František ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This dissertation main point is to take up with fotovoltanic cells metering methods. Dissertation work dwells with the most common defects rising during the fotovoltanic cells manufacturing. Also, there is a diagnosis workshop proposal and realisation. Workshop uses the Light Beam Inducted Voltages (LBIV) method. By the help of this method, fotovoltanic cells structures are analised and compared to the Light Beam Inducted Current (LBIC).
