The thesis also describes the treatment options and introduces the most used method of kineziotherapy. It contains two case studies of the patients with the idiopathic scoliosis where the Vojta method was used as the main method of kinesiotherapy.

It contents causes of injury of anterior cruciate ligament, diagnostic methods and methods of treatment. In special part of this bachelor's thesis is dateiled casuistry of two patients, who have been rehabilitated after reconstructive surgery of ACL in army sports centre Dukla Liberec. Each of these two patients was operated by different method of reconstructive surgery of ACL and the goal of this bachelor's thesis is to compare the success of rehabilitation between these patients.

Theoretical part deals with (1) the spine anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics, (2) ethiology and diagnostics of the disc hernia, and (3) feasibility of its conservative therapy using McKenzie's method, activation of the deep stabilizing system of the spine, and reflex locomotion method according Vojta. I the practical part, two case reports of the lumbar disk hernia are discussed with emphasis on the entrance medical and physiotherapeutic checkup, short-term therapeutic plan, therapy, exit checkup, and long-term therapeutic plan.

The theoretical part deals with the anatomy of facial nerve, aetiology of paresis, epidemiology of this disease, clinical symptoms, medical examination and possible treatments. The individual methodologies from the physiotherapy that may be applied in different combinations during the medial rehabilitation procedures in order to achieve the best possible effects are analysed in more detail.
