The analysis of speed of set by top volleyball players.

Title: The analysis of speed of set by top volleyball players. Objectives: The aim of this work is a comparison between top world teams and a Czech national team in a speed of set, frequency of set to the volleyball zone's IV and II and in a success of an attack. Methods: The observe complex, which we compared is made by four top world volleyball teams (Brazil, Italy, USA and Russia) and by a Czech national team. We analyzed five matches by each team. In the results we can find out teams up to top 30 by ranking of FIVB. As an information source to how they play in speed of set, we used these teams. To get results we used indirect watching method by using a program Dartfish. To get results of a speed we needed a distance between two players (setter and attacker) which we get from the table of zones we created and time we timed by mentioned program. Results: The results are summarized in a clearly tables. The comparison of a speed set is divided from each zone of a court (table of zone which we made) into the volleyball zone IV and II. We find out that the speed of set from particular zones into the zone IV and II is not varied. Title: Design methodologies for practicing individual game activities in beach volleyball. Objective: The aim of this work is to supplement and extend the methodology for practicing individual game activities and ways to hit the ball in beach volleyball. Create professional photographic documentation of transactions ( kilograms ), which will accurately record overall , but also detailed movement of the player in the gaming activities of individuals and ways hit the ball . Descriptions and documentation will also unify and consolidate technique for beach volleyball. Method : Based on the research of Czech and foreign professional literature on the topic , I will create a description of the techniques in beach volleyball. Another application of the method of data acquisition, which is among the qualitative method is a structured personal interview with the leading trainers beach volleyball . In the practical part I will focus on a detailed description of the technique and photographic documentation of each gaming activity, and the striking of the ball in the correct version, any variations or errors in technique will work described only in writing. Tennis education of children in selected Prague tennis schools

Title: Tennis education ofchildren in selected Prague tennis schools. Aim of the study: Survey ofthe actual situation in the tennis education ofchildren at the age of 5 to 9 years in the Prague region. Method: For this purpose, the questionnaires for three categories of respondents were elaborated: trainers, children and parents. The answers were summarized and evaluated according to the appropriate categories ofquestions. Results: Our study summarizes for the first time the situation in the education of the youngest groups ofchildren in the Prague region. It follows from our results that there is a considerable interest in the tennis education and sufficient number of schools and tennis courts, most of them have even an appropriate background. The majority of trainers realize that children require specific treatment, stimulating their interest. The children prefer competitions, training and theoretical preparation seem to be for them substantially less attractive. The parents are very interested in the tennis education of their children; they are able to invest a surprisingly high amount of money for this purpose. Name of the diploma thesis: Comparison in Frequency of Shoulder and Spine Injuries between 1st National Volleyball Men's and Women's League Players Goal of the diploma thesis: Goal of this thesis is to determine frequency of shoulder and spine injuries within men's category of professional volleyball. Thesis also surveys types of prevention and regeneration that players use, how long they warm up and how they compensate strain before training (match) and after training (match). At the end thesis compares men's results with women's that are based on survey from this thesis and from bachelor work (Vítová, 2012). Method: Required data was obtained by questionnaire in field. Specialization of volleyball training at the adolescent category

Title of thesis: Specialization of volleyball training at the adolescent category Aim of thesis: The aim is to identify and characterize the views of trainers with many years experience of coaching children and young people to specialize in training. Method: To fulfill the research objectives, I used the method of interrogation using non-standardized questionnaire with closed questions. The obtained data from the questionnaire were analyzed by the sum of the number of probands and their answers. The results were processed by conventional statistical methods, expressed in words, tables and graphs. Results: The results showed youth coaches' opinions on issues in the field of specialized training of older pupils. The results clearly showed that in the monitored category is already complete specialization of player's functions. In some cases, player's functions are distributed even before the category, thus enabling younger pupils. Every single piece of information within this thesis is usable for everyone inside floorball training process, but designated for very beginners. The Influence of Selected Game Strategies on the Results of Top Level Volleyball Matches

Purpose of Work: The influence of selected game strategies on top level volleyball match results Object of Work: An analysis of passing quality and defensive combinations used by the Czech National Team against its opponents in Volleyball European Championship in 2001 and 2005 Hypothesis: The quality of passing the ball should be beneficial in defeating their opponents. Their team will have less success in an offensive stroke and our defensive combination should have higher rates of success based upon the guality of passing. Method: We analyzed videotaped matches from the Volleyball European Championship in 2001 and 2005. We have watched seven matches from 2001 and five matches from 2005. We have used subjective point scale to record the exact data from these videotaped matches. Results: The matches from Volleyball European Championship 2001 were more successful for the Czech National Team on all points from the hypothesis. The defensive combinations against the opponenst were much better than the matches analyzed in the Volleyball European Championship in 2005 Key word: Volleyball, passing, block, defence, team

TITLE OF THE GRADUATION THESES: Characteristics and comparison of teams, selected players in selected indicators of Women's Junior European Championships 2008. 2. ABSTRACT AND KEY WORDS: Objectives: Characteristics of selected activities of volleyball girls in the junior category at the representational level, which is processed from ME 2008. Characteristics of selected activities are subjected to all teams that participated in this championship; they are analyzed on the basis of the composition of the teams by somatotype and efficiency of the gaming actions of individuals. Furthermore, there was a comparison of selected players in terms of efficiency in the selected game activities, depending on the individual somatic and motor predispositions. Finally, we made comparisons of particular specializations. Methods: Data needed to evaluate the objectives of the thesis was obtained from the software DataVolley which is able to record a person that is performing the activity by specifying jersey number and gaming actions of the individual during serve, reception after serve, set, spike, block or dig. In particular, the thesis will obtain information about efficiency of gaming actions carried out by individuals from the program.
