Analysis of a System of Debt Collection

This bachelor`s thesis is aimed on the ways of securing debts and debt recovery. The theoretic part covers debts from law, accounting and tax points of view and depicts possible ways of debt recovery. The analytic part assays debts of KOMFORT, a.s. Based on found facts this thesis provides suggestions for a more effective system of debt recovery and rates their possible use in debt recovery.

Transport Services in the Region of Strakonice for the Needs of Tourism

The aim of the theses was to determine through the analysis the current state of transport services for tourism in the Region of Strakonice, including its assessment, propose measures to improve the current situation and create a project including the draft budget. The result is a proposal of a new tourist circuit called The Cycle Circuit along the most visited attractions of the Strakonicko region. The project and its costs have been designed and calculated due to the results of the field survey among visitors and information from the staff of The Department of Tourism and The Development Department in Strakonice.

Documentary Letter of Credit like a Securing Instrument

My thesis deals with documentary letter of credit and with its use in the international trade. The first part of my work is focused on the definition of documentary letter of credit and on the relations between parties acting in the documentary credit operation. The second chapter describes types of letters of credit and, finally, the third chapter, the core of this thesis, focuses on the transactions carried out using a letter of credit and on the practical procedure of the transaction. There are also described the advantages and disadvantages of the documentary letter of credit and its use considering the recent financial crisis and current trends in the international trade.
