Application of wire electrodischarge technology

This marter’s thesis deals with the technology of electrical discharge wire cutting. There is described the basic nature of the electrical erosion, EDM principle and WEDM principle. The main part deals with the application of wire cutting in the manufacture pulley 68-8M-130 with a description of technology on the wire cutter Excetek V 650. At the end of the work is devoted to the statistical evaluation of the precision machined surfaces.

A complete project and realization of manufacturing a component on a CNC milling machine

Technological preparation and production of a component called a blade in a small tool-company. Preparation procedure of the production and the production itself has been divided into several chapters. In the individual chapters there has been introduced the usage of CAD / CAM system, a specially programme Autodesk Inventor Professional 2014 for creating 3D and 2D documentation as well as programmes FeatureCAM 2014 made by company Delcam for creating technology and creating NC programmes for CNC machines. In this thesis there is also used a Process flow diagram and an explanation of it's importance for production. The following chapters describe the preparation process step by step and the production itself of the trial component using the facility of a company's base Kovoobrábění Sobotka.

Suggestion of technology for flange of the pump motor

In a study of suggestion of technology for flange of the pump motor, properties about screw pumps, features of the machined flange and the blank are processed. On the base of machinery, tools and control devices are designed. The main part consists the proposal of technological process, operating drawings and machining time calculations. In conclusion, the techno-economic comparison of the existing and future variant is done.

Connection of mistakes cut with cutting characteristics at laser cutting

The project in first part deals with theoretical analysis of technological possibilities of method of dividing materials with laser, principal and function of laser, division of different types of lasers, properties of laser ray, laser cutting, cut defects etc. Experimental part is focused on analysis of used machines and equipment, finding of optimal cutting parameters during laser cutting, evaluation of samples and then analysis of problem with generation of step changes and analysis of other possibilities for optimizing of the cut.

Technology of production part body of flap

The goal of the work is to design the manufacturing process of the flap closure body weldment, which is to be produced with company Sevcik - Water Equipment Ltd. First, the flap closure is modelled with the 3D SolidWorks, according to technical documentation from the company. Furthermore, the welded construction has been analysed. In this work, the body weldment production technology and complete fabrication technological process of individual components and final assembly is described. The technical and economic evaluations are calculated and the cost of production has been quantified. The production of individual components, machining costs, and other relevant costs are included into the consideration. These calculations predict a compatible production.

Solution technology with cutting operation of cover part

This thesis was worked out on the basis of the long term experience with hydraulic cylinders of the tractor equipment for the skidding type: MA6-008. It was prepared and introduced a new production technology of the cover of the hydraulic cylinder which is modified in such a way that it is possible to use the present parts of the hydraulic cylinder. As basic material was designed the steel No.:11353. The production technology was prepared for two variants. First variant means serial production of 100.000 pieces per year out of thick-walled tube. The other variant means piece production of two parts out of the rod. It was achived reduction of the necessary time of disassembling while the lifetime of the cylinder was prolonged thanks to the new design of the cover of the hydraulic cylinder.
