The bachelor thesis deals with employment relations, specifically focuses on the personal costs of the selected employer. The purpose of this thesis is to optimize these costs. The theoretical part explains the relationship between the employer and the employee. The next part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of remuneration of employees and the analysis of contributions from the Labor office. In conclusion there are proposed optional solutions that lead to economic and tax savings.

Bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. First part is dealing with the general issue of enforcement of the cessions. It is concerned the legal, accounting and tax aspects. The following part is concerned receivables in selected stock company. More precisely it is trade receivables. Based on the analysis results of receivables current situation in company, I've proposed remedies which would help improve the current situation in Poda Inc.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of securing and collecting past due claims in the Ziehl – Abegg s.r.o. company. The theoretical part defines receivables, how they are created and secured from the legal, tax, accounting and economic point of view. The analytical part then analyzes past due claims of a designated subject. Based on the gathered information, suggestions on more effective collection of claims are introduced.

Also you can find ways of debt recovery in theoretical part of this thesis. In analytical part I am analyzing assuring of debt and its recovery. In final part of my thesis I am suggesting improvements of debt recovery for entrepreneurs.

It focuses on optimizing the wage costs of employees that are created by employers as a result of frequent hours worked overtime linked to the growth in demand. Specifies basic concepts related to this issue. It includes an introduction to Jednota, a consumer cooperative in Hodonín, especially with the course of the creation of a labor-law relationship, and compares the benefits provided with the competition.

As a result of commission payments, there is an increase in costs for the employer. The thesis is dedicated to optimizing the costs associated with human resources. It will also detects whether the employer is entitled to one of the contributions under the active employment policy.

Bachelor thesis focuses on employment relationships and optimalization of wage costs in company NEGOCIO s. r. o. It is divided into three parts, theoretical, analytic and proposal part. Theoretical part describes law and economic concepts. In analytic part is solved the problematics of high wage costs and causes of their origin with impacts on the economy of the company. The last proposal part provides suggestions for improvement.
