CNC machine of produktion of shaft parts in condition small engineering firm

This work deals with problems with the introduction of new products, two typical representatives of the shaft, into a small engineering company. It solves the ideal half-finished product in view to minimum cost, selection of appropriate machine and tools from machine equipment in the company. Part of this work is a framework manufacturing procedure and manufacturing instructions of those are economic evaluation also calculated.

This bachelor´s thesis presents a modern five-axis CNC machine HELITRNIC POWER from the company Walter Maschinenbau GmbH, which is designed for sharpening and production of rotary, cutting tools. The project provided the most commonly used types of tools, their materials and surface treatment (coating). Furthermore, there is described the production process and sharpening of tools using control software Tool Studio, when considered appropriate wheels and clamping devices. Finally, it provided an economic assessment of costly equipment.
Mode of production design of a given tool and its sharpening on a CNC grinder Walter

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to explain the production and sharpening issues of tools for Walter CNC tool grinder. This thesis contains a brief description of the manufacturing and measuring machine, tool design and its usage. Furthermore, a selection of grinding wheels is performed including their cutting conditions. A part of the thesis presents actual grinding of the tool and measuring its parameters.

In this bachelor´s thesis is processed analysis of part called cover and there is also processed proposal of the technology its manufacturing. The project developed within the bachelor's degree by the pulley multiple groove design of the technology for desktop performance circular saws. The design work is finished the production of components for the piece and batch production, the choice of the intermediate processing and description of manufacturing operations, including tools used for the single and series production, production design work for production and evaluation of the proposed variants of the production. This thesis has been developed on the basis of the theoretical knowledge gained while studying at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Brno and personal experiences.

Theme of this Bachelor`s thesis deal with problems of cutting operation holes in change gear box to installation bearing (material basic: iron casting). There are analyzed two basic methods of cutting holes (using a turntable and without using a turntable) and a third additional method uses a combination of the advantages of both methods. Then there is the proposed method of measuring the workpiece.
Technology of Production Frame of Case

The bachelor Thesis compares and evaluates the most advanced production technology of components frame of case. These cases are used for induction heating of material. The thesis compares technological features of the material division by means of plasma jet, water jet and laser. It also evaluates the using of the given technology from economic point of view.
