Václav Jindřich Veit and his string Quartets

This master thesis deals with a survey and analysis of the string quartets of Václav Jindřich Veit as a very important person the Czech music scene in the first half of 19th century. His quartets represent very important but today un-known chamber works. The thesis is divided into the following chapters: In the first chapter, Veits biography and works are described. The other chapters are dedicated to the analysis of each quartet using the musical examples and charts. The last chapter summarizes the composing style of Václav Jindřich Veit in his string quartets.

Violin parts in the oldest books of Czech Folk Music ( with a sight on the West and South Bohemia)

This bachelor thesis deals with a survey and analysis of the oldest extant music and sound sources of the Czech folk music and their usage for the reconstruction and fostering today. The thesis is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, particular hand-written ( faksimile) and sound sources are described. The second chapter is dedicated to the analysis of these music sources. There are also reconstruction examples of the selected songs from the analysed music sources included. The third chapter is focused on violin interpretation. It reflects interpretation of folk music today compared to the oldest sound sources and problems with tuning of various casts of bagpipe music. The musical examles in the last paet of the chapter depict sound spectra of different tuning.

Ocenění malého podniku

Práce se zabývá v teoretické části problematikou ocenění podniku. Popsán je postup oceňování, metodika ocenění, problém vymezení peněžních toků, stanovení diskontního faktoru, nákladů na vlastní i cizí kapitál a tempa růstu pěněžních toků. V praktické části je oceněna konkrétní malá společnost metodou DCF ve variantě FCFF a metodou likvidační hodnoty. Cílem práce je získání představy o hodnotě společnosti pro rozhodnutí o budoucnosti podniku. Variantou možného vývoje je získání investora pro daný projekt, pokračování v činnosti bez investora nebo likvidace společnosti. Závěrem je konkrétní doporučení vlastníkům.
