Plasma welding of exhaust strokes
Nogol, Petr ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
My bachelor´s thesis describe questions of plasma welding engine exhaust. Work examines the motorcycle and automobile exhaust pipes. Based on literature studies were analyzed weldability refractory and stainless steel. Further were clarify basic concepts about plasma arc welding. Technological process exhaust silencer, which was made from ferritic steel, was outlined theoretic. Other alternatives of refractory and stainless steel are part of my bachelor´s thesis.
Welding of aluminium sizable weldments.
Tkaný, Jan ; Kovář, Petr (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
This thesis created within the general Bachelor's study gives insight into the basic division of aluminum alloy, a summary of technologies and principles of welding aluminum and its alloys. It is focused on the description of cutting Al alloy and their suitability for welding, the characteristics of different methods and description of problems in the welding of large-scale aluminum weldments. For each of the methods are given the possibility of application, a description and diagram of operation and specifics on the protective gas or electrodes. Problems in the welding of large parts are characterized by external and internal deformations, complex stress fields, where appropriate, the temperature fields. To determine the size of the deflection angle is given an example of the chart for the practical use. In conclusion it is stated that the method is appropriate to apply in case of large weldments.
Possibilities of heat transfer regulation while MIG/MAG welding
Mášová, Pavla ; Hála, Michal (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
The project is elaborated in terms of bachelor's studies of branch 2307. The project is submitting possibilities of heat transfer regulation while MIG/MAG welding. Energy storage welding is a conventional method of heat regulation. Other methods were developed by company producing welding unit. A company Kemppi offers a method Fast Root for the heat regulation, methods Rapid Arc and Rapid Melt were developed by AGA AB and company Lincoln Electric offers a method Surface Tension Transfer. Method Cold Metal Transfer by Fronius company and ColdArc by EWM company are used for reduction of heat transfer into the weld steel-aluminium.
Manufacturing technology of railways vehicles doors by new adhesive systems.
Tesař, Petr ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
This project, completed as a part of 2307 bachelor´s studies specialization, proposes a technology of production using adhesive systems. A suitable adhesive system to be used to connect aluminium door frames of railwayes vehicles is picked based on a literary study. The basis for proposing and choosing a fitting alternative is in technical data sheets provided by suppliers of the adhesives.
Filler materials for the fusion welding
Durajová, Věra ; Kovář, Petr (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis elaborated in frame of bachelors studies branch B2341 deals the problematic filler material for fusion welding. On the basis belles - lettres problems technology welding and their filler material was shown it several kinds filler material for individual welding technology (MIG/MAG, hand arc welding, TIG, submerged-melt welding). First is mentioned problems rise fusing watering - place and on what principle individual technology work. After it are mentioned filler material (producer ESAB Vamberk) electrode, tubule, soft - centred tubule.
Welding technologies for robotized welding
Butek, Petr ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Kandus, Bohumil (advisor)
The bachelor´s project explains a choice of welding technologies for robotized welding. There are clarified two main automatic machines (welding robot and welding automat), which are supported by economical aspects. The main part of project describes general welding technologies useful for manual, semiautomatic and automatic welding including their benefits, disadvantages and possibilites of application in industry. The project is based on bibliographic search and author´s experiences.
Influence of shielding gas composition for metal transver duringMIG/MAG welding of steel.
Dohnal, Ivo ; Janík, Martin (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
This bachelor work evaluates influence of shielding gas to quality of contention and metal transfer into the bath welding for MIG/MAG welding of steel. Here are written kinds of forces which makes for this welding. Next different kinds of metal transfer from electrode to baht welding are written here. Pictures are given for every problem, which exactly determinates given problem.
Adhesive bonding method for composite bicycle frame
Tůma, Jiří ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
The point of a bachelors work is to propose a method of manufacturing and design form from accessibles sources which survey present condition in problems about composite mountain bike frames. The work is mostly based on informations provided by mountain bike producers. In the first part of bachelor work are summarized pieces of knowledge about composite materials and mainly carbon composite. In the second part are summarized pieces of knowledges about bike frame design. The third part is aimed on manufacturing technology of bike frames and final fourth part considers quality testing of product.
New materials in welding technology
Křížek, Stanislav ; Janík, Martin (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
The bechelor work elaborated in frame of studies branch B2339 deals with weldability of new kinds of steel especially about high-strength steel. This is a literary pursuit that includes problems with weldability, that means standing heat deformation cycle on defect activity in welding connection.
Design and development of a C2C service for bartering, creation of an application prototype and its release
Pokorný, Jakub ; Stanovská, Iva (advisor) ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee)
This thesis focuses on identifying market opportunity for further analysis and development of an application, which allows users to exchange goods for goods (bartering). The main output is a prototype of the application, purposly created in order to release the service and analyse public interest in it. Based on the collected data, future improvements are suggested. In addition, the thesis defines parameters, importance and restrictions of a business plan as an auxiliary instrument for the product launch and acquirement of loyal customers.
