Title: Crisis Communication Objectives: To highlight the significance of the crisis communication, led by the Police of the Czech Republic as one of the fundamental components of the Integrated Rescue System. The second aim is to clarify what the definition "crisis communication" means and its use in negotiation with the person demonstrating suicidal intentions. Methods: Theoretical thesis, therefore, data will be collected from literature, laws, regulations and internet resources and the personal experience provided by the police negotiator Jiří Basl as well. Results: There was the crisis communication and the crisis negotiation defined. There is no personal interviews in this work. Results General description of the historical development of fire sport disciplines until now. Title: Development and current status of Police of the Czech Republic within the framework of an integrated emergency system in the Czech Republic. Objectives of work: describe the development and current status of Police of the Czech Republic within the framework of the Integrated Rescue System in the Czech Republic focusing on current legislation in relation to the Police of the Czech Republic as an independent entity and the legislation that regulates the activity of this component within the integrated rescue system in the Czech Republic. Briefly describe activities of municipal police. To express the relationship between the integrated rescue system and the Police of the Czech Republic. Affect the structure of command and control integrated rescue system, including contingency and emergency planning. Briefly describe type activities on the performance of the Police of the Czech Republic participates in the integrated rescue system in the Czech Republic. Method: The available sources of information to organize activities and tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic within the integrated rescue system in the Czech Republic. Title: Assigned forces and assets of the Armed Forces within Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic. Objectives of work: - to describe the past development and current status of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic over specific periods since establishment of independent Czechoslovakia until the year 2005; - to briefly specify the development and role of Civilian Protection Force (equivalent of National Guard) within the period of 1918 until 2008; - to point out the most significant milestones of Integrated Rescue System (IRS) development and to introduce a legal framework, core tasks and main bodies of Czech Republic IRS; - to explain mutual relationship and cooperation between IRS and the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic in relation to legal aspects; - to describe principles and procedures for requesting and deployment of Armed Forces assets assigned to rescue assistance and disaster relief operations; - to briefly summerize Armed Forces rescue battalions, respectively their specific units allocated to overall Integrated Rescue System; Method: collection of data using subject literature and IRS database with follow up analysis and selection. Clarify the content of individual components and indicate how much they contribute or are involved, the terms and conditions to be met in order to be used. Methods: Was used method of collecting data - gathering information from available sources. Further research method was used - searching for information from available sources, study them and list this information as a result. Results: It was created by an overview of the components and organizations engaged in cynology what extent they are used, what conditions they must meet in order to be deployed within the IZS intervention. Title: Development and present situation of Mountain Rescue Services Objectives: The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to give an overview about historical development of Mountain Rescue Services in Czech Republic and to depict the most important milestones, which influenced the following events. In detailed way will be outlined the activity of Mountain Rescue Services at present time. Methods: For the bachelor thesis will be used collecting, sorting and interpreting of information. Based on exploration of facts will be reached the goal, which was set for this thesis. Results: Results of thesis confirm the longtime tradition and rich experiences of Mountain Rescue Services in Czech Republic, what became as a good base for functioning of organisation at present. It can be said that members of Mountain Rescue Services are ready and equipped to provide rescue under all conditions. Title: The Phenomenon of terrorism, possible dangers for Czech Republic and matters of critical infrastructure as a possible target of terrorist attack. Goal: Main goal of this dissertation is to describe terrorism, todays biggest security threats, in relationship with Czech Republic. To identify the elements of terrorist behaviour during the development of human society from antiquity to present time, to give a sense of historical roots of this topic, his development disposition and also to describe his current status. Methods: The dissertation was based on knowledge gained through study, description, analysis, synthesis and comparison of technical literature and others printed or electronic sources. Results: The dissertation creates compact overview about terrorism issues, his tendencies, current status and first of all about active role of Czech Republic as a state, which is involved in international anti-terrorist policy. The dissertation shows dangers, unpredictability, cruelty of terrorists, terrorist organizations and their new methods, device and targets of attacks, which is still more often critical infrastructure.
