This bachelor thesis is describing business plan process to develop a company that concerns whole sale and retail sale of footwear. This work focuses on a particular goal of the project which is a change to a different type of leading a business (such as law rules, tax evidence, accounting and taxation), in this particular case from a sole trader, who is producing tax evidence, to a law body trader - public limited company, which is producing main accounting. The first part of the project brings us into the theoretical introduction of the issue. The second part explains the business plan, analyzes the present situation of the company and indicates the difference in books. The implementation of the business plan is described in the third part and it also propose a way of leading the business.

Bachelor thesis examines the circulation of documents in the selected firm and its archiving in conjunction with legislative constraints and possibilities. It deals with the issue of effectiveness of this system. It compares the document obligations of three parts of the company and their mutual conection and proposes more efective ways of dealing with this system using the internal guidelines.

The aim of bachelor's thesis: “Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company and Proposals for its Improvement“ is analyze the financial situation of SATT a. s. from 2006 to 2010 and elaboration of proposals for its improvement. The first part describes the theoretical data bachelor's degree, including the methods of financial analysis. The practical part contains full evaluation of the financial situation of the company SATT a. s., on the basis of the conducted financial analysis are presented proposals to improvements of the financial situation company.

The main object of my bachelor´s dissertation is to evaluate finacial situation of company Elseremo Stage Technology, a.s . in period of 2009 -2011. There were used methods of financial analysis and on base of ascertained results to propose suitable actions and solutions for its improvment. The first part (chapter) deals with introduction of company then it follows in theotetical part of financial analysis of company itself. Then it takes up the real calculations of finacial analysis and performance of their results. The final part - it could be consider as propsal part, is also main object of my bachelor ´s work.

This bachelor thesis is concerned with optimization of tax payment by company proprietors, executive heads of limited liability companies. It results from the rules of business law and labor code. The applied part includes an analysis of current financial situation of a company and models for assigning optimal tax payments by company proprietors, executive heads. At the conclusion, the bachelor thesis evaluates which model is optimal for the company proprietor and the company.

Bachelor thesis deals with the selection of the right form of business for the company. Choosing the most appropriate form of business will be judged primarily in terms of income tax. In the analysis, the form of business of physical persons and some forms of legal business will be included. The aim of the work is to choose the most optimal form of business and the associated tax optimization for a particular subject.
