An Analysis of Smart Grid Communication Protocols

This work deals security of SCADA industry systems which are used in energetic networks. It describes architecture of those systems and also analyze in details two communication protocols -- DNP3 and IEC 60870-5-104. Next part is devoted to the analysis of anomaly and security threats which can be happen in SCADA systems. The main goal of this work is design and implementation of system which will be able to detect some of threats or anomalies. Also is necessary to propose simulation environment for testing.

Boskovice Connection Study

The thesis solves the design of the railroad called Boskovice connection, which is a line allowing direct connection for trains from Brno to Boskovice outside the railway station Skalice nad Svitavou. In the course of the work, the route of the connection is planned, including the connection to the Rajec-Jestrebi – Skalice nad Svitavou and Skalice nad Svitavou – Boskovice track section.

Upgrading of Kyjov Railway Station

The master´s thesis deals with the reconstruction design of Kyjov railway station. The solution is aimed at meeting the traffic requirements, modifying the layout of the platforms and access routes for the safe movement of people with reduced mobility and orientation. The proposal deals with rail crossing in accordance with current legislations. In this thesis is proposed renewal of drainage.

Study of the Letovice railway station upgrading

The subject of the master’s thesis is to design a reconstruction of the Letovice railway station for access for persons with reduced mobility and orientation. The thesis deals with adjustment to the railway superstructure, substructure and drainage system of the station. Part of the thesis is explore the possibility of building a new railway stop.

Veseli Nad Moravou Station Reconstruction

The subject of the Master's thesis is to design the redevelopment of the Veseli nad Moravou railway station. This renovation will include renewal of both, railway superstructure and substructure, including drainage system and new platform construcion proposal in order to meet current legislation regarding access of persons with reduced mibility and orientation skills. This thesis also deals with design of the track geometry compoments and geometry of set of switches at both heads of the railway station to fulfill the maximum train velocity demands at certain tracks. Last but not least, the rail track scheme of the station has been simplified.
