QRS complex detection in electrograms
Mahdalová, Kateřina ; Chrobák, Martin (referee) ; Kozumplík, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with QRS complex detection in isolated rabbit´s heart. In first part of the work is a description of human electrogram and summary of selected methods of QRS detection. In the practical part detectors which were implemented in Matlab are presented. It is followed by a statistical analysis of the acquired results and their respective interpretation.
Detection of QT interval in ECG using first and second derivative
Rybár, Andrej ; Smital, Lukáš (referee) ; Chrobák, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with QT interval measurement and detection. The thesis starts with problematic of ECG signal delineation and its methods of detection of QT interval using first and second derivate. Next part of the work describes QRS complex detector. For this detection it is suitable to use detector based on the Pan-Tompkins algorithm. Next in practical part of the work is described algorithm of the detection of QT interval using first and second derivate. Selected algotithm was evaluated on the standard CSE database. Detected positions were compared with reference values. Result of this work is evaluation of results.
QT Interval Measurement
Váňa, Tomáš ; Chrobák, Martin (referee) ; Kozumplík, Jiří (advisor)
This semestral thesis deals with QT interval measurement. The theoretical part of the work describes ECG delineation, QT interval and methods for detection Q onset and T offset. The practical part of the work describes R wave detection, preprocessing of ECG signal and implementation of selected methods for QT interval measurement. Selected algorithms were evaluated on the standard CSE database. Detected positions were compared with reference values. Result of this work is evaluation of results.
Cluster Analysis of ECG Signals
Dvořáček, Tomáš ; Chrobák, Martin (referee) ; Kozumplík, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is engaged in problematics of automatic cluster analysis for ECG sinals. This bachelor thesis contains theory of pathology in cardiac rhythm and problematics of cluster analysis. Based on a gained knowledge, set of symptoms is made, which are used for cluster analysis using MATLAB interface and which results are evaluated.
Sampling Rate Conversion
Chrobák, Martin ; Provazník, Ivo (referee) ; Kozumplík, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is engaged in design of procedure for change of sampling rate of EKG signal using 3 methods: with positive integer factor D/I, with any factor (I=8) and with any factor (I=16). Sampling rate conversion should be realized from 500 to 360 Hz and from 360 to 500 Hz in time and frequency part of signal. For this, it is used a professional computing interface of MATLAB, which is perfect for processing of signals. The output from this work should be recommendation which filters (with how long impulse characteristics) are useful for this change of sampling rate.
Cluster Analysis
Chrobák, Martin ; Ronzhina, Marina (referee) ; Kozumplík, Jiří (advisor)
This master’s thesis is engaged in usage of cluster analysis for ECG signal to separate normal QRS complexes from abnormal ones. For this, it is used two algorithms created in professional computing interface MATLAB. The outputs from this master’s thesis are dendrograms, which divide QRS complexes into abnormal and normal clusters, and Pearson correlation coefficients.
Online competitive algorithms for maximizing weighzed throughput of unit jobs. ITI Series 2003-172
Bartal, Y. ; Chin, F. Y. L. ; Chrobak, M. ; Fung, S. P. Y. ; Jawor, W. ; Lavi, R. ; Sgall, Jiří ; Tichý, Tomáš
We study an online buffer management problem for networks supporting Quality-of-Service (QoS) applications, equivalently as an online scheduling problem forunit-length jobs, where each job is specified by its release time, deadline, and a nonnegative weight (QoS value). The goal is to maximize the emph{weighted throughput}, that is the total weight of scheduled jobs.
Analysis of the Harmonic algorithm for three servers
Chrobak, M. ; Sgall, Jiří
Harmonic is a randomized $ k $-server algorithm that, at each step, given a request point $ r $, chooses the server to be moved to $ r $ with probability inversely proportional to the distance to $ r $. In this paper we prove that harmonic is $ 6 $-cotitive for $ k = 3 $.
Zlepšené online algoritmy pro správu bufferů v QoS hradlech
Chrobak, M. ; Jawor, W. ; Sgall, Jiří ; Tichý, Tomáš
We consider the following buffer management problem arising in QoS networks: packets with specified weights and deadlines arrive at a network switch and need to be forwarded so that the total value of forwarded packets is maximized. If packet is not forwarded before its deadline, it is lost and brings no profit. The main result of the paper is an online 1.939-competitive algorithm --.
Online rozvrhování úloh stejné délky
Chrobak, M. ; Jawor, W. ; Sgall, Jiří ; Tichý, Tomáš
We consider the following scheduling problem. The input is a set of jobs with equal processing times, where each job is specified by its release time and deadline. The goal is to determine a single-processor, non-preemptive schedule of these jobs that maximizes the number of completed jobs. In the online version, each job arrives at its release time.
