Annex of the parish office and the community building toward the church in Brno-Líšeň

The final thesis is focused on the annex of complex of mixed-use buildings toward the church in Brno-Lisen. A pair of buildings consists of a one-storey Building a community of Salesians and two-storey building with parish office. The group of buildings is located on the southern slope in the housing estate of a block of flats from the 80s. Objects vertically copy a curve of the slope and is increasing to the dominant church building. Block of buildings are adjacent by shorter side to the church building and form a small enclosed courtyard inside. The buildings are designed at brick ceramic blocks, buildings are withnout cellar, with flat green roof. Living rooms are located on the southern facade, the north is reserved for corridors. The entrance to the courtyard is connected to the existing service road. Pedestrian approach builds on the existing surrounding landscaping.
Industrial Building

In this thesis is solved detail design of industrial building. It is a new storage hall and connected to it the two-story office building. Building is located in the production area of factory, on the cadastral area Holice u Olomouce. The purpose of the building is storage and expedition of the products. In areas of an office building is located facilities for staff of hall and office workspace. Handling products in the hall will be performed by a forklift. The building is designed for a capacity of 15 employees. The office building has a load bearing structural system. Walls and ceiling structures are made up of panels of filigree. Foundations, including flooring of the first floor, are constructed from waterproof concrete. The office building is roofed by flat roof. The main supporting structure of the storage hall is designed as precast reinforced concrete frame. Cladding consists of insulating panels. Like in the office building, the hall is roofed by flat roof. Due to anticipate of the differential settlement of the office building and the storage hall parts are separated by a dilatation joint.

The basic aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare project documentation for construction management for the new residential building in Prague. The building is designed in a combined monolithic reinforced concrete and brick support system. The building consists of three above (3.NP partial) and one underground floor. The mass of the building is designed as a single integrated unit. Plan of the building is rectangular. The thesis includes documnetation in the range of requirements for building management, assessment in terms of building physics building and fire safety of the building.

This bachelor thesis presents a design of a a family house for 4 -5 member family with multifunctional basement, housing a small shop. The house is situated in Žďár subdivision „Klafar“. The house is designed as a two-storey house with a flat roof and a partial basement. Both inside and outside the house, the design respects different levels of the ground around. The house is divided into a living area and a multifunctional area. The multifunctional part of the house is situated in the basement where there is also a garage for two cars, a furnace room and a recreation room. The ground floor is intended as a daytime area and it is suitable for family activities. The first floor with bedrooms is intended as a place to sleep and relax. The entrance into the family house is designed on the ground floor, from the southwest side. The entrance into the multifunctional area is designed in the basement, from the northwest side. The house is built on a concrete base platform supported by foundation structure. The basement is made of lost form construction filled with concrete, the ground floor and the first floor are made of ceramic blocks. Exterior walls are insulated with ETIC mineral wool panels. The roof is designed from prefabricated extensive green roof trays. Analysis of thermal and mechanical properties of the house and fire safety report on the building solution is also a part of this bachelor thesis.

This thesis deals with project documentation of a family house with polyfunctionally, intended for to housing. The house is located in Nitra region, in Nitracity district Čermáň. Cadastral district Nitra. The building is designed as a brick building with a contact insulation. Vertical and horizontal supporting structures are made of POROTHERM system. The family house has a gable roof with a slope of 38 °. Construction roof is made up of of wooden elements. The building has two floors.

The project addresses the low energy new build detached house, which will be permanently used for housing. The building is designed as a two-storey house, which is intended to be permanent residents of 4-5 persons. Roofed building with a flat roof is solved by using a bottom discharge reinforced concrete slabs. Load-bearing walls are from Sendvix manufacturer KM - BETA. The ceilings are designed as monolithic. The building is located in the gap between the existing building houses. The house has a garage for one car.
The villahouse in Polička

This bachelor thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for a new building called VillaHouse. The building is located in the southeastern part of the City of Polička. This is a three-story apartment building with a flat roof. The building has main and side entrances. The main entrance to the building is wheelchair accessible. The first floor has been designed with storage areas as well as a staircase and vestibule. The second and third floors are designed with 6 separate apartments. The apartments are of different size categories (2 + 1, 3 + 1, 1 + kc, 2 + kc and 2 x 3 + kc). The building has sheltered parking for 6 cars. The footings of the building are made of plain concrete. The supporting and perimeter walls are made from ceramic blocks. The ceiling constructions are made of prestressed reinforced concrete panels SPIROLL. The external walls are insulated with contact insulation ETICS.

The new building is intended for four family members for year round occupancy. This building is without a basement and has two ground floors. The building is made of ceramics brig blocks HELUZ and the roof is gabled. The building is situated on gently sloping terrain.

This work deals with the new family house for a four member family and detached design or architectural office in the town of Palkovice . Project documentation is processed in accordance with current applicable laws, regulations and standards. The building will be located on a separate building lot. The property is located close to III. class communication and all the necessary utilities. This is a two-storey building, on the first floor there are living room with kitchen, bedroom and sanitary facilities. There is also a shelter for car parking and a detached office with sanitary facilities . Ground-plan of the family house has the shape of two cantilevered perpendicular rectangles , whose outline dimensions are 18.75 x 9.00 m. The office building is shaped as a rectangle with dimensions of 8.75 x 5.75 m. The foundations are designed as monolithic from unreinforced concrete into the formwork foundation boards with embedded reinforcement. Vertical load-bearing structures are made of aerated concrete blocks. The vertical load-bearing structures of the shelter are made of galvanized steel elements and filling gabion walls. Ceilings are made of ceramic beam system with ceramic inserts HELUZ . Floors are made up of ceramic tiles and floating flooring. The building is covered with a flat roof single-shell thermal insulation. Above the shelter and the terrace there is a flat roof with a steel frame and wooden ceiling rafters. The ceiling is made up of ceiling boards Rheinzink. This work dealt with the preparatory and study work , executive documentation , text message, calculations of the thermal assessment , fire safety solutions and seminar work that addresses the problem of flat roofs.
