Age of the swimmers in the Master Championships in finswimming between 20002-2008

Title: Age of the swimmers in the Master Championships in finswimming between 2002 - 2008. Objective of the thesis: The objective of the thesis is to state the age structure of finswimmers in the World Championships between 2002 - 2008, in surface finswimming, Apnea, Immersion, and open water finswimming. Method: Basic statistical method was used to assess the data. Via the computer data process, the list of the actual representation of age categories amongst the finswimmers in the championships between 2002 - 2008 in all swimming events was acquired. Results: Submited work records are showing the list of age categories amongst the finswimmers in the championships in all swimming events of male and female between 2002 - 2008. Possibilities of using swimming pools in Prague for people the reduced physical ability

Title: Possibilities of using swimming pools in Prague for people the reduced physical ability. Objectives: The goal was to find information and mapping the most indoor public swimming pools in the capital city of Prague. Further mapping of the accessibility or inaccessibility for people with limited movement capabilities. Questionnaire survey based on the assumption that respondents are interested in maintaining your current physical fitness into old age through physical activities. Methods: Traffic information and location indoor swimming pools we have gained through search engines: www.seznam.cz, www.google.com. We searched under the slogan of public swimming pools in Prague. A personal visit and evaluation, we chose swimming pools, which are based on information received, they knew that they meet the requirements of Decree No. 174/1994 Coll. č.369/2001 and Sb, which provides general technical requirements ensuring the use of buildings by persons with reduced mobility (www.tzb-info.cz/t.py). For reasons of personal visits to swimming pools author of this thesis, which is reliant on the movement of a mechanical wheelchair. The Selection of Swimming School by Parents

Title: The parent's choice of baby club/swimming school The aim of the thesis: The aim of the thesis was to find out, how main parents reasons makes for login to baby club or swimming school. What attracts parents to teach their children to swim and you expect from this sport. Method: We used a qualitative questionnaire established for parents' children's, who attend to baby clubs or swimming schools. Results: The research examined whether the parents left, then swimming lessons positive relationship to water, whether the parents themselves swimmers. The results of the second part of the questionnaire shows that the most common reason to sign children into the baby club and swimming schools were for health reasons, to improve physical development and resilience of children to the outside environment (hardiness). Among other reasons, children log into the baby clubs or swimming sections were included fear of drowning, swimming as a lifelong activity and movement most responses were "I like the movement of the child in the water." Career achievements of junior swimmers

Title Career achievements of junior swimmers. Goal The goal of this thesis is to follow a development of swimmers' performance. The research focuses on the age in which swimmers reach the highest level of performance and it is trying to discover whether their career continues till their adulthood. The study group consisted of swimmers who were members of Czech Junior Representation from 1999 to 2004. The results of each swimmer in the study group were followed from the beginning of their career till the end. Method Data for this research were obtained from statistical materials and publications. In addition various computer programs were utilized to process the collected information in order to achieve the research goal of this thesis. Results (Conclusion) The data used for the study show that junior swimmers reach the peak of their performance in their adolescent years. Mental training in swimming in Slovakia

Topic: Mental training in swimming in Slovakia. Aims: Aim of work was to use questionnaire and guided interview to state a level of information about Slovakian swimmers mental training and it's utilizing in swimming. Work up outcomes and evaluate obtained data into synoptical graphs. Give a survey of presence of mental training in swimming in Slovakia. Methods: For data collection was used questionnaire investigation and guided interview. In this investigation took part 48 swimmers from Slovak republic, Results: Results of this investigation approached us real estate of utilizing mental training in swimming in Slovakia. It confirmed, that big part of swimmers don't have enough knowledge of mental training for it's self application. It also confirmed, that coaches are not involved to utilizing mental training as a part of swimming. Contrariwise we overcame presumption, that swimmers are not involved in mental training at all. Title: The intensity of physical load in swimming lessons of first year students at Faculty of Physical Education and Sport (FTVS UK) Aims of work: The aim of this work was to contribute to increase practical information from locomotive activity area in the water. Concretely we were interesting in intensity of physical load in the water of students Teaching profession in general educational subjects for second school in combination (Physical education and sport) and Physiotherapy during practical lessons in winter semester 2006/07. Methodology: Data acquired by using the substandard questionnaire and heart rate monitors served us after statistical elaboration to determine intensity of physical load of university students during the winter semester and their evaluation. Aim of the thesis: To carry out a model marketing survey in connection with the aqua-aerobic service in the Baby Club Juklík, Ltd. Company. Method: The problem was examined by using a marketing survey, a method of a written interrogation with a prepared questionnaire. The questionnaire was filled in by the customers of the company, who have already at least once used the aqua-aerobic service in the Baby Club Juklík, Ltd. Company. Results: The results illustrate the usage of marketing survey in context of monitoring customer satisfaction with a certain service in the sports industry.
