The Formation of the Contents of the Internet Portal for Children and Youth in Jindřichův Hradec

The theoretical framework of social policy work in relation to children and young people at risk of social exclusion. We will focus mainly on prevention of socially pathological phenomena in children and youth. In the practical part of the student filled a prototype web portal for children and youth from Jindřichův Hradec and its surroundings in order to provide this target group supplement information on leisure time activities in a specific area and any associated options (eg, chat, counseling, survey, photo gallery). Student at the same time, propose the concept of updating and data management for the portal.

In the practical part is evaluated on a selected sample of young people, the skills considered essential for its application in the labor market and how to evaluate their level of competence.

Financial Sustainability of an Unpaid Voluntary Project

The work deals with the legislative background and the financial sustainability of voluntary projects in the social services. In the introductory part are defined by basic concepts that relate to volunteering and social services. Further funding options are described volunteer programs. In the practical part is outlined a budget for the volunteer project at a retirement home in Jindrichuv Hradec. They are designed specific funding opportunities for this project and model of working with volunteers. An integral part is a questionnaire survey, which took place between staff and clients retirement home.

Facilitace v procesu strategického plánování neziskové organizace

Práce podává v metodologické části komplexní informaci o strategickém plánování v neziskových organizacích a o facilitaci strategického plánování, v rámci případové studie popisuje a zkoumá strategické plánování za pomoci facilitátora v Nadaci barokního divadla zámku Český Krumlov. S ohledem na specifika neziskových organizací oproti ziskovému sektoru jsou na základě syntézy teoretických a praktických poznatků v závěru práce vybrány kritické oblasti strategického plánování, na které by měl management neziskových organizací zaměřit svou pozornost s cílem zkvalitnit součinnost facilitátora a neziskové organizace a zvýšit účinnost strategického plánování vzhledem k vynaloženým nákladům, času a úsilí.

Stanovení kritických oblastí z pohledu zaměstnanosti s pomocí SWOT analýzy. Návrh strategie ke zlepšení situace a zvýšení zaměstnanosti na Novobystřicku.

Social services and community planning in Pelhřimov

The graduation theses target the actual situation of social services in the area of pensioners in Pelhřimov. The process of the community planning of social services and his contribution for the efficient and quality social services are evaluated. Specified preferences in the community plan are compared with their implementation. It is also focused on the cooperation of triad (social services users, providers and submitters) within the community planning.
