Reporting and its analysis in Šroubárna Kyjov, spol. s r.o is the subject of this thesis. It begins with theoretical part to present the topic. Furthermore, current situation in the company is analysed in detail. Based on results of previous parts practical and productive suggestions are recommended to continue improving financial re-porting for this particular company.

ZEMANOVÁ, P. (2008): Reading in school of geography. Master thesis. Charles University, Prague, 63 pgs + 19 pgs ofappendix This diploma thesis aims to assist in development of pupil's critical thinking in geography education through reading scientific texts with comprehension. So far only Řezníčková (2004a,b,c, 2007) has dealed with that topíc. The master thesis is devided into three relatively independent parts, which aim to find a solution to several research questions: First part is focused on analysis of scientific literature for the purpose of defining concepts conceming these issues (reading with understanding, reading skills, specification of usable texts) and with the view ofoffinding support in education documents. In order to sustain our demand for including a work with textsto geography education, we realized a research conceming pupils at primary and high schools. We compared their results with results of aspirants for studying geography at Faculty of Science, Charles University. Summary ofthis research makes up a second part of this thesis. The final findings of the research were used as bases for work up a third part, which has a metodical character. Analysis agricultural endowment policy of the state with reference to Common agricultural policy European union.

Czech Republic entered to the European Union on 1st May 2004. This entrance was also the tuming point for czech farmers thanks to the promise of growing financial resources for production in the agrarian area. lt meant for the czech agricultural policy to satisfy entrance conditions of the Common Agricultural Policy and receive European type of multifunction agriculture. lt ranges on the support of beyond-produce functions of agriculture (landscapes maintainance in cultural state, improvement of environment, ecological agriculture etc.) The main aim of my diploma thesis is to valorize whether this support is really oriented to the region with less favourable conditions for agriculture. The evaluation will be accomplished on the data basis ofthe State's agricultural and interventional fund about grant recipients accordance with single districts during the year period 2004-2006.
Mallorca: impacts of mass tourism and perspectives of its alternative forms

Majorca experienced the first boom oftourism already in early 1960s. Since then the tourism became the most important and at the same time most powerful sector for the entire ·economy of the Balearic Islands. Nowadays it is obvious that their manner of uncontrolled and chaotic development of mass tourism didn't bring only economic benefits (HDP, em.ployment etc.) but had also many negative effects on the environment and culture ofthe islands and notably changed social structures of their inhabitants. In order to abolish these problems and avoid the others the Balearic Government and local authorities establish many measures. These are concemed above all with environment quality improvement (its' natural and also social component) and preservation of natural and cultural heritage of the destination. One of the main objectives is the deconcentration of tourist demand in space (remove them out of shore which is overcrowded) and time (equalize the number of their visits through all over the year - deseasonalisation). The possible tool of achieving this could be the implementation of altemative forms of tourism, not primary based on the traditional tourism product of Balearics - sun & beach. Název: Vývoj tělesných znaku a motorických schopností dětí ve věku 3-61et The development of physical characteristics and kinetic abilities of 3-6 years old children Cíle práce: Roční antropometrické sledování somatického vývoje a tělesné zdatnosti ve vybrané skupině dětí 3-6 let. Metoda: U souboru 53 dětí ve věku 3-6 let byly ve 4 měsíčních intervalech během jednoho kalendářního roku měřeny vybrané somatické znaky a byla testována tělesná zdatnost. Rodičům dětí byl dán k vyplnění dotazník pro zjištění sociálního zázemí dětí. Výsledky: Osvětlují korelace antropometrických charakteristik s tělesnou zdatností dětí ve věku 3-6 let. Regional culture and Curricular Documents as a tool of its mediation and reproduction

This diploma thesis explores regional culture curricular documents as tools of its mediation and reproduction of regional culture. The theoretical part starts with definition of key words related to culture, local and regional culture. Next theoretical part (chapter 3) describes curricular documents, which are products of new educational reform, in context of regional culture. Firstly, in practical part, I characterize two selected regions - Prague 1O and Uherskobrodsko region and their typical elements of culture. Chapter 5 summarizes results of questionnaire survey, which is focused on finding how students of elementary and grammar schools are informed about culture in their regions and as well as their approach to the local culture and role of schools in cultural education. The final part of this diploma thesis is devoted to my project proposal that should lead students to closer relationship with cultural and historical heritage in their regions, showed on the example of Uherskobrodsko region. The use of sport games in geographic and environmental education

In its introduction, this dissertation concentrates on literature research, explaining the basic concepts connected with movement, dynamic and didactic game and the theory of the relationship between upbringing and education. Furthermore, the paper includes an explanation of the principles connected with the process of teaching itself, different types of teaching and concrete types of teaching used in geography and environmental education. There is also a chapter about the acquisition of knowledge, both its processes and the factors influencing the subject matter in memory. An important part of the paper concentrates on strategies for increasing the capacity of long-term memory, reminiscence and determinants of forgetting. An indispensable part of school teaching is motivation, which increases interest in given dilemmas/problems and prompts children to perform appropriate actions. The main goal is to create a catalogue of didactic movement games in printed as well as in electronic forms (programs MS Excel, please see attached CD). Such a catalogue should serve as a methodical tool, and the movement games within the catalogue should enable diversification and increase the motivation of students.
