The bachelor´s thesis "Activities of selected organization focused on education" is focused on the education activities of selected organization. The theoretical part deals with the important concepts, at first it explains demarcation of non-profit and profit sector, the creation and implementation of education activities, financing the public sector. It take a deal with public sector finances and with cultural politics of the Czech republic and selected concepts of motivation and activization.
In the practical part is accomplished a characteristic of region and education institution. The questionnaire exploration of education programs participants is in the practical thesis. Finding satisfaction with education programmes was the main aim. The recommend was drafted at the resume of bachelor´s thesis.

Enhancing qualification of employees and their motivation to improve working activities in business

The Bachelor´s Thesis Enhancing qualification of employees and their motivation to improve working activities in business analyses corporate education and employee motivation for good work performance. The theoretical part is based on studies in specialized literature. It defines basic terms such as inner and outer motivation, employee education, qualification and competence. Research in the practical part was done in the form of questionnaire survey. Respondents for this survey were the employees of Exekutorský úřad Praha 6. The results of the survey show that the employees are not satisfied with the motivational program of Exekutorský úřad. According to the employees the current corporate education system is satisfactory. However, they would like to have the possibility of external training for reviewing and improving their legal knowledge in the area of writ of execution.

Caring for secondary school graduates from the labor office perspective in the selected region

Bachelor thesis, whose title is The Caring for secondary school graduates from the labor office perspective in the selected region, analyzes the situation, how the labor office cares for graduates in the Ústecký kraj. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the basic concepts of the field and their characteristics. The main topics of the theoretical part of the thesis are the labour market, unemployment, the importance of employment for the person, methods of data acquisition, the Labour office of the Czech republic and the education and employability of the graduates on the labour market. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis devoted to the characteristics of the Ústecký kraj, activities of labour offices in the Ústecký kraj and exploratory investigation. As an exploratory method, I chose the individual in-depth interview and questionnaire survey for graduates of secondary schools. The individual depth interview was conducted with the worker of labour office and the questionnaire survey had the task of finding out what have the graduates opinion about office work and how they are satisfied with the offered services.
The aim of the work was the analysis of the situation in the working career of the graduates of secondary schools in the select area and to clarify the activities of labour offices in the Ústecký kraj.
From the results of exploratory methods it was found that graduates are quite satisfied with the activities of the labor office. The reason why cannot graduates to find suitable employment is the lack of practice. On this view agree as graduates of secondary schools, so the worker of the office labor which was interviewed. On the basis of the obtained results was offered own recommendations.

Possibilities of disabled people to participate on labor market in selected region

Thesis on "Options for people with disabilities in the labor market in selected region"
is focused on the employment issue of health disadvantaged people. The theoretical
part defines persons with disabilities (PWD), is characterized by different types of
disabilities and describes important legislative measures and state institutions that
deal with the application of persons with disabilities in the labor market in the Czech
Republic. Thesis is based on the study of scientific literature and it has the shape of
literary research.
The practical part is focused on the description of company and organizations in
region Nymburk, which employ people with disabilities. The Method of depth
individual interview with employers is aimed at finding how many people and with
what kind of infliction are working in these firms and organizations. And what they
see as the biggest problems in the employment of PWD. Interviews with disabled
people focus on the way these people are looking for jobs and how important is for
them their current job.

Opinions of teachers on chosen problems at secondary school

Bachelor thesis deals with the attitudes of teachers of selected public and private high schools on selected topics. The aim of this work is to identify and evaluate the attitudes of teachers and of the results obtained make comparisons between schools and propose appropriate recommendations. The theoretical part summarizes the basic knowledge in the field of education, finance, management system in education and educational research opportunities. In the practical part is being done a survey of selected two state and two private schools. The views of teachers of these schools serve as a basis for outlining proposals to improve the existing situation in the surveyed school.

Labor market with a focus on education in selected region

This bachelor´s thesis consists of two key parts.
The theoretical part is aimed at defining and describing problems of unemployed secondary school graduates. Based on available literary and information sources, it describes labor market, causes for, and types of unemployment. Furthermore, it deals with activities of Labor Office.
The empirical part analyses, by means of questionnaires, opinions of employees of the Labor Office of the Czech Republic, contact point Nymburk and branch Městec Králové. The respective results have served the author to recommend measures for improvement of the current situation.

Marketing strategy of a secondary vocational school and its impact on attracting potential students

The Bachelor thesis "Marketing Strategy of Secondary Vocational Schools and its
Impact on Attracting Potential Students" focused on a market of vocational schools in
Louny region. The main goal was to map and analyse the marketing strategy of several
vocational schools. The terms of school system and marketing were outlined in a theoretical part of the thesis. In the practical part there were two chosen methods used the method of content analyses and following application of marketing mix and the
method of questionnaire survey. The questionnaire survey was led within some chosen
respondents students of first grades of vocational schools in Žatec. The bachelor
thesis was round off with a summary of survey results and recommendations for
strengthening secondary schools' communication with the public.
