Two most used reproduction technics in our country and issues, which they call out according to christian faith and ethics

In the beginning of my thesis there are basic information about infertility, its reasons and a desciption of the two most used technics of assisted reproduction in the Czech Republic. This thesis deals with ethical issues, which are being called out by these technics. It deals with their basical listing and well- understoot views on the specific issues for everybody. Furthermore it deals with the examples of the women, their solutions of infertility and touching the difference in the position of women in biblical times and nowadays society. The questionnaire probe is focused on the opinions of leaders in church curriculums, which are being related to the reproduction technics. Their view is very valuable, because they are in the positions lide the authoritie and lead fellowships, which they influence by their opinions. This thesis does not offer final answers and conclusions, but a base for the fact that everybody could then find further material and on their basis create their own view on this issue. Vyhodnocení plodnosti plemene zwartbles ve vybraném chovu

The aim of this thesis was evaluate fertlility of the Zwartbles sheep in zhe flock of sheep breed by Mrs. Marie Schickerová. In the reporting period of 3 years (2013 2015) were a total of 261 ewes evaluated by the followinf parameters: fertlization, reproduction intensity, total rearing, infertility, rearing of lambs born and total mortality of lambs. Basic reproductive parameters were compared with the flocks originating from the Union sheep and goats of the Czech Republic. They were monitored factors that have or may have an impact on fertility. The first factor was the impact of age on fertility, selected second order lambing and the last was the influence line. The average fertility of the herd reached 200,39%. The average share of fertilization was assessed at 91,98%. Sterility reached the level of 8,02 %. The amount of the total breeding herd stood at 159,76%. Intensity of production reached 184,34 %. Mortality was 13,34% and thus survival rate of lambs was 86,66 %. Based on calculations, it was found a hightly significant effect of age and rank lambing fertility. Influence line was not clearly demonstrated. Statistical evaluation of indicators of fertility, the intensity of reproduction, fertilization and overal breeding showed differences in the average monitored herds compared with herds in the performance tests. In the observed herd these values were significantly higher.

Ageism- discrimination on the basis of age

This work deals with ageism or age discrimination, so the theme that has become very topical because of increasing longevity. Age is an integral part of our life, this life stage is as important, such as childhood or adolescence, and that is why is necessary this term of life feel and don´t ignore the needs. The theoretical part deals with aspects related to age, so demography, old age and ageing process, factors influencing old age, ageism itself, its sources and possible solutions. In conclucion the family, its solidarity and conflict in intergenerational relationships. The practical part i´m trying to find out the opinion of today's seniors to old age and stereotypes associated with it and ageism. The selective method was a form of interviews with 5 seniors living either at home or retirement home, their ages move around from 66 to 84 years. The result is an analysis of their answers to questions about old age and compared with findings in the theoretical part.
