The position of the Roman Catholic Church to Islamic extremism Abstract The present thesis deals with the attitude of the Pope, those spiritual state performing the function in individual institutions of the Holy See, theologians and a selected group of people from the Czech general public Roman Catholic Church to religious extremism, focusing on the ultimate form of extremism - terrorism - of individuals or groups espousing to Islam. Since religious extremism often associated with fundamentalism, radicalism and fanaticism, is the first chapter to analyze the basic characteristics of these concepts, with the emphasis on analyzing the meaning and essence of their grasp. A comparison of them found what they have in common and what they are different. Following the above leads to analysis of how extremism reflect the religious and intellectual personalities of islam, with attached description and comparison of the attitudes of these figures, and militant-minded muslims to the jihad by the sword "al-džihád bi̕ s-sajf". In connection with this armed form of jihad work briefly compares the concept of martyrdom in islam and the roman catholic church and the result in the summary analyses. Ecclesiology of Antonín Salajka (1901-1975) The following work presents an ecclesiological analysis of the publication by prof. Antonín Salajka (1901-1975). In the first part, it submits the biography of the author. This author was the first czech catholic priest laureated in Pontifical Institute of Oriental Studies in Rome (in 1930). In the second part, it closely inteprets the very ecclesiology of the author itself. Salajka - theologist is introduced from several perspectives as well. First we supplied a suggestion for periodization of his scientific work. There we proposed two periods in congruence with a paradigm change of ecclesiastic-social circumstances, including changes of theological studies, which evidently affected our author's life and scientific work. The two proposed periods are: (1) 1930-1950, i.e. scientifically paramount and fundamental; (2) 1950-1975. The name of this thesis is The Christological and Soteriological Analysis of The Synopsis theologiae dogmaticae specialis from ThDr. Vojtěch Šanda. This piece was written by latin language in the 1916 and 1922. Vojtěch Šanda was the Czech theologian (he was born in 1873 and died in 1953). He was profesor in Faculty of theology in Prague and he became dean of this faculty in the year 1950. He studied in University of Innsbruck. Model transport relations in the Vysočina region focusing on railway transport

This bachelor thesis evaluates the use of railway transport in Vysočina region based on the everyday commuting to work and school. In theoretical part of thesis are presents basis of the spatial interactions with an emphasis on transport interactions and gravity models. Another chapter describe the evolution railway transport and assessment of the current position of railway transport in the Czech Republic. The methodology part describes the data base including its shortcomings and also presents the methods of processing this thesis. The main aim of analytical part is creating model of transport relations focusing on railway transport in Vysočina region. Then this model is confronted with another inter-urban interactions in Vysočina region (e.g.connections public transport). The last part of this thesis evaluates the spatial interactions between commuting centers in Vysočina region, in light of the theoretical spatial relationships, the real direct train connections, the real direct bus connections and the movement of passenger cars.
