Therapy of the flat-foot

In my theoretical part I focused on anatomy and kinesiology of the feet. I also mentioned typology of feet, and it's function as a function of postural vaults and from a dynamic point of view. For clarity, I briefly introduced and the most common defects and deformities of the feet and fingers. The main part of my job is to define a flatfoot, its distribution, causes, diagnosis and its treatment options and appropriateprevention. The practical part contains three case studies of three patients for which was designed and applied their own therapy.

Theoretical part deals with (1) the spine anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics, (2) ethiology and diagnostics of the disc hernia, and (3) feasibility of its conservative therapy using McKenzie's method, activation of the deep stabilizing system of the spine, and reflex locomotion method according Vojta. I the practical part, two case reports of the lumbar disk hernia are discussed with emphasis on the entrance medical and physiotherapeutic checkup, short-term therapeutic plan, therapy, exit checkup, and long-term therapeutic plan.

The main part involves information about pelvic floor, deep stabilization system of the spine and postpartum exercises. It includes also theoretical knowledge and practical illustrations. The aim was to centre a text that summarizes the theoretical and practical information relating to the treatment of patients with VBE (stroke), in which one of the clinical symptoms of spasticity. The first part - theoretical - focuses on the anatomical and physiological information relating on the motor control, spasticity and vascular brain event. Control of movements is divided into subsections according to the level of the nervous system, from the lowest level - the spinal cord to the highest - cortex. Chapter VBE is divided by the emergence of haemorrhagic VBE and ischemic. The chapter is presented spasticity pathophysiology, clinical manifestations and its treatment. Therapy of spasticity is most devoted to theoretical work. The second part - practical - it provides examples of patients after VBE (stroke), in which one of the complications of spasticity. It is written in the form of case reports.

It presents various scoliosis types, risk factors, prognosis, diagnostic procedures as well as treatment possibilities. A big emphasis is especially laid on conservative treatment including the most frequently used therapeutic methods and physical therapy which mainly solves secondary scoliosis symptoms. The bachelor's thesis also includes some items of case history describing children patients suffering from scoliosis. In these cases exercising on unstable plates, the therapeutic method of deep stabilization system activation as well as partly modified Klapp's creeping were applied.

Theoretical part approaches the issue of stroke and the importance of early treatment both as pharmacological and nursing care so rehabilitative. The empirical part focuses on patients with stroke who were hospitalized in the rehabilitation and aftercare. Quantitative research - questionnaire form was used in four health facilities and confirms or refutes the specific targets of the research. Social-psychological help in bereavement

This work is dealing with the topic of helping with bereavement. The first chapter is covering the topic of death and dying in general. I'm evaluating changes in the concept of death in the past and present, which affected the extinction of important rituals and caused the tabooing of death. The work is supposed to motivate the reader to include the topic of death in casual conversations like in the past that is the first step of coping with bereavement. The next chapter is focusing on work with grief and the reactions of bereaved people to the loss of a close person. The chapter is describing available support measures for bereavement counsellors, psychologists, psychiatrists, self-help groups and crisis centres. This work is also focusing on the importance of interpersonal relations, need for solidarity and empathy in the time of grief.
History and present state of immigration to France

The aim of this thesis is to provide comprehensive description of migration flows from Morocco and Algeria to France, relations that led to their creation and consequences in the form of existence of Moroccan and Algerian community in France. The first chapter is concerned with historical development or relations between these countries. The second chapter describes the creation of migration flows and the acceptance of immigrants in France. The last chapter is concerned with already existing Muslim community in France. The contribution of this thesis is the comprehensive description of the largest Muslim community in Europe, which can be used as a basis for other specialized demographic and sociologic works.
