Magneticky měkké nanokrystalické slitiny Fe-Ni a Fe-Co

We describe preparation and properties of nanocrystalline Ni75Fe25 and Fe50Co50 alloys by calcination of mixtures of Fe, Co, and Ni oxalates. The samples contain according to XRD single Ni3Fe or FeCo phases with grain size about 40 and 45 nm, respectively.

Příprava a vlastnosti nanokrystalů alpha-Fe and Fe3O4 v matricích MgO a TiO2

Preparation of the nanocrystalline composites of iron and magnetite nanoparticles embedded in MgO or TiO2 matrices is described. The results of phase analysis obtained by means of Mössbauer spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, TEM and magnetic measurements are reported. Coercive force of the samples of the composite formed by spherical Fe3O4 (mean size -20 nm) nanoparticles was 25±1 mT and for alpha-Fe (-30nm) it was 30±1 mT. These values were not influenced by the chemical difference of the matrix materials.
