The subject of my thesis is a variant I/57 in the section Semetín-Bystřička. The proposed route of communication, was part of an existing communications maintained for its full utilization. Were drawn four proposed variants of the solution, 3 variants are trying their best to use existing communication Jablůnka the village, one suggested option B that leads outside the existing road.
Analysis of project management of the website development

This Bachelor Thesis deals with a project management of website development. It is divided into three main parts. The first part is theoretical and explains fundamental terms of project management and software development. The second part is the methodology which presents basic instruments of data collection, analysis and evaluation. The third part is practical and is also divided into three parts. The first one is describing the Fox Hunter s.r.o. company whose team realized the project of website development. The second part is a qualitative analysis which analyses the project management of the specific project and reveals it's deficiencies. The last part contains proposed actions thus is proposing specific solutions of revealed deficiencies.
Support of activities of non-profit organization by a profit organization, their cooperation on organizing a charity event

The goal of this master thesis is a to establish basic characteristics of events produced by non-profit organizations in cooperation with profit organizations, to assess their management, production and funding problems and to provide solutions to these problems. This will be achieved through detailed analysis of the "Koncert proti konci světa" concert. Another goal is to assess, if the model of cooperation of non-profit and profit sector can generally work. The analysis of the event is carried out with access to internal information sources of the subjects and with guided interviews with the key people of the project. Another part of the thesis is a theoretical definition of non-profit organizations with focus on their classification, marketing and funding.
User Rating and its Impact on the Willingness to Buy in Online Environments

The goal of this Bachelor Thesis is to define the impact of reviews on potential customers in the online environments. It defines the types of reviews that influence customers positively in their buying decision process and which of them do not have a requisite value for potential customer. Reviews will be compared not only from the structuring or no-structuring viewpoint but also from the content of the published text: its form, length, expertises and language quality. To determine the above will be used the contact method or qualitative research in the form of a personal interview with voluntary respondents who will be contacted via the social network. The goal of the research will not be only to determine what the reviews have the greatest informative value for users, but also to define what form of expression reviewers prefer and how to ensure that consumers will write a valuable and quality reviews.
Motivation of workers in Non-profit Organisations

The aim of this thesis is to find the main factors that motivate the workers in non-profit organizations and that lead to their satisfaction. Another aim is to look into two non-state non-profit organizations and find out about the current state of their employees' motivation. The first part of this thesis deals with the non-profit sector, especially the non-state non-profit organizations. It also explains motivation, factors influencing it, and contains several motivation theories and it's connection with satisfaction. In the second part both non-profit organizations are introduced and then the state of their workers' motivation and satisfaction is being found out with the help of interviews and questionnaires.
