The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate present condition of tourism in view of readiness of accommodation facilities to health handicapped persons and determination of suggestions leading to quality improvement of accommodation facilities. The aim was reached in the field by means of marketing research with interview and questionnaire to health handicapped people. 	Process procedures in area management and construction management Křivánková, Jana ; Říhová, Zora (advisor) ; Bukovjan, Radek (referee) This diploma thesis is focused on issues of positioning, licensing and fruition of civil engineering projects. The aim of this work is to analyze these matters and create subsequently single consecutions facilitating orientation in the construction law for the employers. First the elemental terms of procedure modelling and methodology are introduced to reader to be used further in the text for illustration of the processes. Furthermore particular types of construction positioning, planning permissions and fruition of constructions are analyzed to demonstrate the progression and essential inputs for gaining the authorization within the required moves. In the final part particular procedures giving instructions for the employers which steps to make for realization of their construction plan are elaborated. All the procedures are derived from the types of positioning, permissions and fruition of constructions as in the text described. 	Ochrana osobních údajů ve zdravotnické dokumentavi ČR Křivánková, Jana ; Toman, Prokop (advisor) ; Blechlerová, Dagmar (referee) Cílem této práce je osvětlit situaci a problematiku v oblasti Ochrany osobních údajů ve zdravotnické dokumentaci. Prvotně je zde popisován legislativní rámec Ochrany osobních údajů. Dále je práce zaměřena na zdravotnickou dokumentaci, jaké jsou formy zdravotnické dokumentace, jakým způsobem se do dokumentace zaznamenává a jak na tuto problematiku nahlíží zákony. V závěru je popisován zápis a vedení zdravotnické dokumentace v praxi a přínos elektronických zdravotnických knížek. Zda je to dobrý krok do budoucna či nikoli. Detailed record
