Examination of blood for the infectious diseases for the transfusive medicine. Legislature of different countries of the world.
Dohnalová, Eva ; Konečná, Klára (advisor) ; Řeháček, Vít (referee)
Author: Bc. Eva Dohnalová Title: Blood-bank testing for infectious diseases Legislation of different countries of the world Supervisor-specialist: MUDr. Martin Šumpík Supervisor: Mgr. Klára Konečná Diploma thesis Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Biological and Medical Sciences Study specialisation: Specialist in Laboratory Methods A list of most frequently detected infectious agents in blood transfusion service is presented in the first part of this thesis. The history, taxonomy, structure, possible ways of transmission and the most frequently selected diagnostics of detected causative agents are also described in this thesis. In the second part of the thesis, there is described one of the areas of transfusion medicine legislation - blood and blood products testing for infectious diseases. The legislation of some countries of the European Union (the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Poland, Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and France) and the United States of America and their mutual comparison is presented here as well.
High-temperature embrittlement of 14%Cr ODS ferritic steel in liquid lead environment
Dohnalová, Eva ; Čelko, Ladislav (referee) ; Hadraba, Hynek (advisor)
The thesis deals with the high-temperature embrittlement of 14%Cr ODS ferritic steel in liquid lead environment. The 14%Cr ferritic ODS steel ODM401 manufactured by powder metallurgy technology was used as an experimental material. The effect of the long-term annealing, surface corrosion attack in the melt Pb and Pb-Bi on the microstructure and mechanical properties was described. The subsequent microstructural changes were evaluated by means of scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy The mechanical behaviour of the experimental material was proven by means of microhardness test, impact test and static tensile test. The fractographical evaluation of fracture surfaces were performed on all samples. The surface attack and outstanding microstructural ganges were found after the long-time exposition of the steel in Pb/Pb-Bi melts at temperature 550°C/1000h and 500°C/1000h respectively. The embrittlement of the steel after exposition in Pb/Pb-Bi melts was comparable to the embrittlement after high-temperature annealing of the steel at temperature 650°C/1000h.
Analysis of Circular Bars Shearing Process
Dohnalová, Eva ; Hůlka, Jiří (referee) ; Foret, Rudolf (advisor)
In these days customers require a high quality as well as precision of products together with a cost that is as low possible. The cost of products can be reduced in a way of batch production. Implementation of the batch production requires a detailed plan of a technological process to avoid making depreciated products or series of products. A software package can be used to simulate the technological process of shearing to avoid difficulties of particular technological process. This bachelor paper contains analysis of technological process of shearing of circular section rods. The results of the analysis are going to be included in FEM simulations. The effect of the technological process of shearing on material was determined by optical and scanning electron microscopy method. The microhardness measurement was used to analyse the deformation hardening of the examinated material.
New Trends in Marketing apply to Pharmaceutical Industry
Skořepová, Ivana ; Lešetický, Ondřej (advisor) ; Dohnalová, Eva (referee)
The Purpose of the thesis is in the theoretical part to describe the complete marketing as a whole including marketing mix with a special focus on the new trends in the marketing having regard to the pharmaceutical industry. The practical part will be focussed to an aplication the new trends in marketing to the pharmaceutical industry with respect to the etic code and to the law in the Czech Republic.
Ways of using a deffered tax obligation and a tax lien within a trading company
DOHNALOVÁ, Eva
The aim of my diploma project is to characterize the accounting rules in the case of deferred tax on the basis of the Czech and international legislation and to analyze individual tax titles, which result in deferred tax. The practical part of my project is going to take place in Bosch Diesel Ltd. in Jihlava. This part will involve the analysis o individual tax titles which result in deferred tax, calculation of deferred tax based on investment inducement and the tax calculation of deferred tax for 2005, 2006 and 2007.
