Titles: Protection of the population in the Czech Republic and the EU Objektives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the area of population protection in the Czech Republic and to compare it with the population protection at the European Union level. Based on the professional literature to describe the integrated rescue system of the Czech Republic and the individual fragments of the population protection in the Czech Republic and the European Union, including basic information about population protection in the Czech Republic and measures to protect the population of the Czech Republic, basic information about the protection of the population of the European Union and the Czech Republic's involvement in the European Union. Methods: The method of obtaining the necessary data and information for the creation of the bachelor thesis is the examination of specialized literature and legislation related to the issue of population protection. Results: Clearly processed issues of population protection in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. Described involvement of the Czech Republic in the protection of the population in Europe and comparison of national and international population protection in Europe. Title: Usage of Rope Techniques in Diving Practice of the Services of the Integrated Emergency System Objective: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is creating a compiled material on using ropes and rope techniques in diving practice of the services of the Integrated Emergency System. Method: The main method for this thesis was compiling information from a wide range of available literature which deals with rope techniques and transferring their use into conditions of diving practice of the emergency services. Important sources for the thesis were personal interviews with experienced rope access workers, divers and rescue workers. The thesis also utilizes personal experience of the author. Results: Collected material on usage of rope techniques used in diving by emergency services not only in underwater conditions, but also when access to water surface and transport from water are difficult. Using these rope techniques valuably increases safety of the divers and using them is suitable not only in emergency services, but for all divers who find themselves in such conditions, where it is advisable or even necessary to use such techniques. Title: The safety situation and precaution at elementary schools Objectives: To create a complete file containing information about the elementary school safety To declare the safety situation at elementary school v Sadech Methods: recherche, analysis, synthesis, questioning, structured interview Results: The result of this work was the composing of document describing the safety condition at schools. In the first part, the information about the role of integrated rescue system. In the second part, the school is introduced as soft target that is protected from two perspectives - by closing the building or leaving the building. In the third part, the particular analyses of elementary school Sady is provided. The absence of safety awareness to the aggressor inside the building was identified. Title: The threat of terrorism with focus on soft targets Objectives: The main aim of this work is to describe the security issues of terrorism in the Czech Republic with a focus on soft targets. Another aim is to verify whether, according to valid legislation and documents relating to the fight against terrorism in the Czech Republic, the IRS components are prepared to actively face a terrorist attack on their basis and procedure. Methods: The chosen method is the literary search of Czech and foreign literature, legislation on the fight against terrorism at the level of the Czech Republic and the European Union, and internet sources. Determination of the activities of the IRS components during a terrorist attack, protection of soft targets and explanation of the term terrorism, its forms, methods and what types are most commonly used. In particular, it focuses on the legislative framework which, in the event of a terrorist attack, will be instrumental for IRS components and other components subject to this legislation. Results: It has been found that both terrorism and the fight against it are constantly evolving. System of conditioning training of a professional IRS members and its comparison with the endurance runners training

Title: System of conditional preparation of professional members of the Joint Rescue System and its comparison with the training of endurance runners. Objectives: The main purpose of this work is to describe and compare the preparation of Joint Rescue System and the endurance runners. Methods: The method of comparison and the method of analysis were used. The method of analysis was applied in analysing the individual physical preparation of members of the Joint Rescue System and the preparation of endurance runners. The method of comparison was used in comparing certain units of the Joint Rescue System generally and to a runner. Results: We've found out that the units of the Joint Rescue System and the runners differ in their coverage. The members of the Joint Rescue System are trying to have the same efficiency throughout the year. Runners are trying to boost their efficiency in order to incoming races and test. Objectives The aim of this work is to describe the admission procedures of selected IZS components, such as the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic, the Police of the Czech Republic, the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic and the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. Methods The method used in the creation of this final thesis is an analysis of the widest range of literature dealing with the issue. Then describe the individual admission process and make the information more concise and comprehensible at the end.
