Topic of my thesis is Terrorism as a destabilizing element of national security. In my work I have drawn from domestic and foreign sources. The first part is devoted to the history, evolution of terrorism and terrorism used as a tool to promote ideas. Then I engaged in forms of terrorism, its methods and its impact on internal security matters. In the end, I made my own proposal for improving the situation in the fight against terrorism.

Mg-alloy die-castings - trends in industrial

The aim of this thesis is to determine influence of porosity and shape-factor over mechanical properties, performed on cast samples from Aalen foundry (Germany), that were high pressure die casted from AZ91 D Alloy. Evaluation of these quantities was done using computer software Olympus Five. Measured values were subjected to statistical analysis in order to eliminate gross errors and determine linear dependence between mechanical properties and porosity eventually voids shape factor.

Selected issue of electric personal means of transport movement

This thesis deals with the analysis of current electric conveyors, especially those with automatic levelling, their construction, and their differences from other electric conveyors. The thesis also includes the legal regulations for this issue in different countries. The measurements made consist of a comparison of different passenger carriers in various practical tests, which tell about the real use of these vehicles in real traffic.

Toward Asymmetric Total Syntheses of Podophyllotoxin Derivatives

Podophyllotoxin is a naturally occurring lignan with a wide range of biological activities, including anti- cancer and anti-viral properties. Total synthesis of podophyllotoxin has been a long-standing challenge in organic synthesis due to its complex and highly functionalized structure. In this work, we present our approach toward the total synthesis of podophyllotoxin using a fully stereoselective strategy. Our approach involves the enantioselective vinylation of 2-bromo-piperonal followed by a stereoselective conjugate addition reaction combined with the addition of methylene unit and a metathesis reaction, that provides starting material for another conjugate addition, which could lead to the target. The key step of our synthesis is the stereoselective conjugate addition of an organolithium to an α,β-unsaturated ester, which leads to the formation of a chiral quaternary center with high selectivity and metathesis that successfully joins parts into the desired cycle. Despite the success of our strategy in achieving the desired stereoselectivity, we encountered some challenges in the subsequent steps of the synthesis, which prevented us from completing the total synthesis of podophyllotoxin. The methodology was created under the National programme on conservation of microbial genetic resources of economical imortance. Its preparation was planned in the beginning of a current period of solving the National programme (2018-2022). The methodology describe procedures for the evaluation of specialization of individual collections from the point of view variability of genetic resources held on the collections. The goal of the methodology is to improve the work of microbial collections for the sustainable conservation of microbial genetic resources.

The Problems of developement the region neighbouring the military area Brdy

This diploma paper is about problems, which shepherd the region in proximity the military area Brdy. This region is among others situated in inner periphery, which brings another problems in development this region. The main aim this paper are to find at the first how big influence has attendance military area to development this region, if it is positiv or negativ, and why. Next aims this work are analyze development this region since 1990 till this time, findings if stepwise open border parts of military area is positiv for development this region and how the municipals in surround feel this case. Next aim is findings how municipals and their citizens feel possibly build-up american military base, where should have be situated american radar. Last aim of this work is adumbration possibly future development at the base ascertained results. Legal and internal regulations in Czech armed forces

This work entitled "Legal and internal regulations in Czech armed forces" endeavours to tackle the relation between legal and internal regulations in public administration focusing on their hierarchy, quantity, liability in specific area of armed forces. At first sight military service is independent on legal code, because there is wide range and amount of relatively autonomous service regulations and official channels. Career soldiers and civil employees have to obey not only the texts of legislation composed of laws, govermental directions etc., but also must maintain discipline and work rules founded on internal orders, guidelines and advices. All commanders and managers as military superiors are obliged to enforce their authority through this regulations. Relation between legal and internal level is not clear. There are many doubts and questions based on facts regarding for instance these features and issues of any internal system of rules: delegation of authority to creation and publishing; verification of compatibility and harmony with legal framework; persistence, integrity, perpetual modifications and amendments.
