This design is for the Android operating system and emphasizes the user experience, which optimizes by implementing new features. The bachelor thesis is focused on the design of the implementation of the user interface of the application for employees in the company KOFI KOFI on the basis of the current information system. The thesis includes an analysis of the current information system, including the problems of the current information system and a SWOT analysis that describes the weaknesses and strengths along with the opportunities and threats in creating a mobile application. Subsequently, a solution design is created to meet the requirements from the employees. It includes a technical solution for the application that proposes the use of a hybrid application with the help of Flutter, data and functional modeling along with an economic evaluation that addressed the financial budget required to create the application.

The final thesis deals with the optimization of business processes and the provision of a quality basis for managerial decision-making, which in itself represents a process. In later chapters, he presents the concept of Process Mining and, in the practical part, the application of acquired knowledge about process mining to the Purchase to Pay business process. The goal of this solution is to reveal weak links in the process flow, identify deviations from the reference process model and gain knowledge about real process performance. Based on this knowledge, aspects that can be optimized are proposed.
