Molecular genetic characterization of the rare tumours of the urogenital tract.
Šteiner, Petr ; Vaněček, Tomáš (advisor) ; Španielová, Hana (referee)
The aim of this study was molecular characterization of four types of renal tumours (papillary renal cell carcinoma [PRCC], tubulocystic renal carcinoma [TCRC], pseudorossette forming renal carcinoma [PRRC] and unclassified renal carcinomas [URC]) and two types of rare tumours of the testes (Adult type of granulosa cell tumours [ATGCTs] and Incompletely differentiated sex cord stromal tumours [ISCSTs]). In case of TCRC the activity of signalling pathways involved in angiogenesis was studied. The aim was to determine the suitability of antiangiogenic agents for treatment of TCRC. Next, the methylation profile of 24 tumor suppressor genes was studied in TCRC and PRCC in order to analyze their similarity. Eventual differences could be helpful tool in differential diagnostics. Also, spectrum of chromosomal aberrations was analyzed by array-CGH in one case of PRRC and two cases of URC. Any unique aberration found would be useful in differential diagnostics of these tumors. Last, but not least, the specificity of mutation c.402C>G of FOXL2 gene for ovarian ATGCTs was verified by studying its occurrence in testicular ATGCTs and ISCSTs. Analysis of mRNA levels did not reveal any enhanced activity of the studied signalling pathways. Cluster analysis of methylation profiles showed close relationship between PRCC a...
An analysis fast break in football
Vaněček, Tomáš ; Buzek, Mario (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Title: The analysis of quick counter-attack in football. Objectives: The main objective of this thesis was to analyse all scored goals and quick counter-attack in the World Cup 2010 in football in South Africa. The data which was related with all scored goals was summarized based on observation. Another objective was to monitor the techniques, the shooting space, the number of attacking and defending players, which subsequently helped to describe the particular model situation which can be applied to the methodology and didactics in the training process. Methods: The method of indirect observation of the video from single matches was used in this thesis. Furthermore, in this thesis was performed quantitative analysis of all the scored goals, the analysis of the successful quick counter-attacks and finally, from all analysis was created a model situation. Results: The results demonstrated and explained the issues of all scored goals and the results used quick counter-attack on the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. Particular model situation and practical exercises which are in the thesis graphically illustrated, can be applied in practice. Keywords: Football, scored goals, quick counter-attack, application to practice, analysis.

Video programme og the methodology of discus throw.\\
VANĚČEK, Tomáš
Annotation: The aim of this baccalaureate work is to create the video programme of the methodology of discus throw training for beginners, sports trainers and school education. This video programme offers some introductory exercises, specialized fortifying exercises and stretching training for casts. The fundamental part is the methodological line of discus throw. This video programme may be used as a quick repetition of particular parts of training unit. The written part of this work describes theoretical knowledge for making the video programme, which content is analyzed here. This work introduces the history of discus throw, presents the rules and adverts to the selection of talented people for this discipline. It also tells what kind of somatology type and abilities the man must have and it shows checking kinetic tests too.
