Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of polytopic vertebral algic syndrome. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize theoretical and practical knowledge about the issue of polytopic vertebral algic syndrome. Methods: The theoretical part contains information about anatomy and kinesiology of the spine, some disorders in this area and possibilities of the therapy of vertebral algic syndrome. The second part is focused on the practical use of examination and therapeutic methods. Results: The patient's condition improved subjectively and objectively after the therapies. Keywords: vertebral algic syndrome, psychical therapy, lumbar spine.
