Determination of the plasticity of lactose
Juhaňáková, Jana ; Řehula, Milan (advisor) ; Musilová, Marie (referee)
Juhaňáková Jana - Rigorózní práce - 2006 This work deals with the determination of tablet plasticity made of Tablettose 70 using stress relaxation method. Theoretical part of the work describes preparation and characterization of the tablets. It deals in detail with the determination of residual plasticity of Tablettose 70, determination of the influence of the dwell time on residual plasticity and on the dependence of residual plasticity on compression force. Plasticity was measured by means of T1 - -FRO 50 device. From the results of the work it follows that the increase in dwell time results in residual plasticity of Tablettose 70. Tablettose 70 has the parameter A 49.679 % and tangent B -13.712% kN-1 .
The preparation and evaluation of microparticles containing colloidal silver
Sedláček, Petr ; Dittrich, Milan (advisor) ; Kvítek, Libor (referee)
In the Doctoral thesis is presented theoretical overview of relevant scientific knowledge concerning preparation and use of silver colloidal particles enlarged with technical information concerning drying and quality control methods of dispersion systems. Experimental section of the work is focused on two methodically different areas. The first one is dedicated to newly developed procedure of increasing colloidal silver particles concentration, the second one to the approach to the system stabilization. Kinetics of nanosuspension concentrating is studied and short-time stability of concentrated systems is subsequently monitored. The influence of model adsorption polymers on parameters and behavior of colloidal system is tried. Also nanosystem spray drying method and products image analysis are solved in the thesis.
Energy of compressing and destructive energy of dry fillers
Červenková, Lucie ; Řehula, Milan (advisor) ; Musilová, Marie (referee)
Červenková Lucie - Rigorózní práce - 2006 This work deals with the evaluation of viscoelasticity on basis of force - displacement record. Theoretical part of the work characterizes tablets and fillers for direct compression, discusses the theory of destruction of tablets and presents the parameters of mechanical resistance of tablets. The aim of the work was the following of the influence of the type of a dry filler on displacement of the grinding process and to find out the dependence between the compression parameter E2 and parameter DE. The microcrystalline cellulose Avicel PH 102, mannitol, and lactose were used as fillers. It follows from the results that the destructive displacement in the case of microcrystalline cellulose is significantly longer than those of mannitol and lactose. Absolute or differential methods of record do not influence the destructive displacement. Microcrystalline cellulose in comparison with lactose and mannitol consumes less energy at compression and simultaneously has higher DE. Comparison of mannitol and lactose shows that mannitol consumes more energy at compressions and has also higher value of DE.
Formulation of biodegradable nanoparticles containing terbinafine
Čermáková, Věra ; Dittrich, Milan (advisor) ; Šnejdrová, Eva (referee)
ABSTRAKT- EN The aim of the thesis was targeted towards the assimilation of preparation method of nanoparticulate systems from biodegradable aliphatic polyester carriers. The procedure based on dispersion and homogenisation of carrier solutions in chlorinated hydrocarbons in aqueous phase was proven. Gelatin hydrolysate and blend of lecithine with plolysorbate were used as komplex emulsifiers. The prepared samples were measured from the aspect of their size and zeta potential values. Reverse dialysis as novel púroposed method of nanosuspensions concentration and following spray drying with manitol carrier were tested by IA method.
Determination of the plasticity of mannitol
Šulková, Petra ; Řehula, Milan (advisor) ; Musilová, Marie (referee)
Šulková Petra - Rigorózní práce - 2006 This work deals with the evaluation of plasticity of mannitol by means of the stress relaxation method. Theoretical part of the work describes preparation of the tablets by direct compression, theory of compression and characterizes mannitol. The aim of the work was the determination of mannitol plasticity, following of the influence of the dwell time on residual plasticity and determination of the dependence of residual plasticity on compression force. The plasticity was measured by means of T1 - FPO 50 device. It follows from the results of the work that the increase in dwell time of mannitol tablets lead to the increase of plasticity. Mannitol had the parameter A 56.62 % and B -0.369% kN-1 .
The preparation of oligoester nanoparticles by emulsion method
Šeuerová, Andrea ; Dittrich, Milan (advisor) ; Šnejdrová, Eva (referee)
The deal of the work was focused on the study of efficiency of complex emulsifying agent on the nanoparticulate systems preparation by the o/w emulsion-solvent distribution method. Poly (DL-lactic acid) was used as the carrier, terbinafine as a model drug. Complex emulsifying agent was realized by the mixing of soy or egg lecithin with various proportions of nonionic surfactants. Four nonionic surfactants were tested - polysorbate 20, and poloxamers: 470, 6400, and 6800. Optimal compositions in the aspect of nanoparticles minimal size and zeta potential maximal value were stated.
