Analysis of the Selected Firm

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of FC ZBROJOVKA BRNO, a. s. and its subsequent management optimization and ensuring its financial stability. The thesis is divided into s number of sections. The first section defines theoretical background and the next section provides analysis of the club using the SLEPT and SWOT analyses, fundamental analysis, Porter's five forces model and budget analysis. On the basis of findings, I provide proposals for solutions and their benefits resulting from the performed analyses.

Information Security Management in Healthcare Organization

The diploma thesis focuses on implementation and deployment of information security management system (ISMS) into healthcare organizations. Specifies what is required to include in this process and what not to forget. It includes a risk analysis of a branch of the selected company, and for it is written a safety guide. Safety guide provides advice and recommendations regarding security in terms of human resources, physical security, ICT security and other aspects that should be included in the ISMS deployment in healthcare organizations. The work also reflects the newly emerging law on cyber security. It is expected that the law will also address cyber security in healthcare.

This master´s thesis deals with the analysis of the current status of the manufacturing company from the inner and the outer point of view as well. Firstfully, for the purpose of this analytical part the theoretical basis, where the manufacturing business is operating is defined. Conclusions of the analytical part are used as a foundation for the own proposals.

The goal of the thesis is concentrated on a proposal of creating a small business – namely by-the-hour kindergarten. The first part of the thesis describes theoretical ground, basic concepts and legal requirements. The next part contains analysis of the current situation of the business sector, followed by the actual business plan along with detailed financial plan and schedule.

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the costing system at the Agricultural Co-operative based in Sloupnice. The aim of this work is to develop a calculation of winter wheat which would fully meet the needs of the company´s management in evaluating the effectiveness of the cost spent on growing it. The proposal part then presents options worked out to address the problem areas found in analysing the current situation.

The diploma thesis focuses on the creation of a marketing strategy proposal for the company Dach system s.r.o. The thesis is standardly split into the theoretical, practical and propositional part. The theoretical part contains an overview and research of selected resources and the practical part, being rooted in the aim of the paper itself, focuses on the analysis of external and internal environment of the company. Bearing in mind the current activities of the company, the propositional part introduces upon the basis of the results of the particular analyses detailed solution proposals, which will lead to a further development of the company and to an increase in its competitiveness.
