This bachelor's thesis is focused on financial analysis of the concern Finita s.r.o. In the concrete it deals with the actual financial situation of the copany, its evaluation and solution of problems in the concern. The final output is a complete financial and economic analysis of the company, which should be used for elimination of all actual problems and for better managing of companie’s financials. According to the presented financial analysis, suggestions for measures and improvements of current state are put forward.

In my bachelor thesis I would like to develop a world innovation in hot air ballon flighting. It is about renting balloons for Czech, foreign but almost transoceanic pilots, who are coming to Europe because of races and fiestas. In the bachelor thesis I will count in which way the project could be realized to be realistic and profitable for investor. Mail point is in the expensive transferring of balloons over ocean. Regarding that it is possible to increase prices of renting for the world newest hot air racing balloon coming from company Balony Kubicek spol. s r.o.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of a financial situation of the company ARKO MONT, s.r.o. It is used the correct assessment of a rating of the company, which is reached by using the method of financial analysis. There are used accountant sheets from years 2006 till 2008. This paper consists from two main parts – the theoretical part and the practical part of the financial analysis. Finally, there are formulated the improvements of the current situation of the company which are based on the basis of results of the made financial analysis.

This bachelor thesis focuses on findings regarding the status and development of the firm Liolios Christos – Rychlostav. Using different analyses, this work describes the environment in which it operates and reveals deficiencies that significantly influence businesses activity. Based on the results of individual indicators, this thesis points to strengths and weaknesses. The conclusion includes proposals of acceptable solutions, which lead to the removal or mitigation of identified deficiencies to improve the overall situation.

Bachelor's thesis is focused on financing the investment project companies Milan Tomasek - TOMEX. Work creates a financial analysis among the period of 2006-2008, the evaluation and formulation of proposals to improve the situation of the company. Based on the gathered data are based on the possibility of investment development company. The thesis is divided into two parts repectively methodological and practical.
