Content work deal with personality university teacher. In theoretic parts is out of print his structure and dynamism, further conflict in role, pivotal jurisdiction, tutorial style, themselves-cognition and autoevaluation. Next part is sight on theory stress, protective gadgetry, coping exacting situation in class, contact style, interaction and communication teacher and student. In practical parts I, from basic exploration method pedagogic research, using talk, sighting and questionnaire, with the aim of chart opinion surface choice pedagogue on possible manners coping exacting situation in class. At the close I lumped gained piece of knowledge.
