Jantačová, Karolína ; Obrtlík, Jan (referee) ; Májek, Jan (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for building permits and part of the documentation for the implementation of construction based on the assignment, which was provided in the course AG032 - Architectural Design Studio II. in the winter semester of the 2nd year on the topic of public buildings. The subject of the study is the design of a new multifunctional hall in the sports complex. The hall will be used for sports and social use. The land in question is located in the territory of the town of Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou in the Vysočina Region. The concept of the architectural design was to create a space connecting the exterior with the interior, while at the same time linking to the surrounding nature with its facades with wooden cladding and textured plaster. There are four blocks attached to each other, three are two-storey and one single-storey. With these pavilions, the building is seperated into several functional units. The two-storey accommodation building is aligned with one of the pavilions. The individual functional units include a café, a lobby, a sports hall, a gym and accommodation. All these functions have their necessary facilities.
