Multi-functional building

The subject of the thesis is the new construction of a polyfunctional house in the cadastral territory of the city of Brno. The object is four storeys, unsubbasemented. The first above-ground level will contain several premises and the technical background of the building. On the second floor above ground level there will be a offices. On the third and fourth floors above ground level will be flats and studios. The whole building is covered by a flat roof finished with an attic. I designed the project with an emphasis on layout, orientation in relation to the world sides and the structural design of the building. When processing the work, I tried to use modern techniques, commonly available materials
