Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic Background: The thesis is a study to analyze the attitude of students of Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové towards the treatment and self-treatment with homeopathic preparations. The impetus for the creation of this work has been gradual integration of homeopathy into the conventional medicine. Aim: The aim is to determine the student`s attitudes towards the treatment and self- treatment by means of homeopathic medicines, to their prices and compensation at the part of Health Insurance Companies, and to the homeopathy related teaching at the Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové. Methods: Analysis of the attitudes of students was based on a questionnaire survey. The set of acquired data was statistically evaluated using the frequency analysis and contingency tables.
