Hromada, Peter ; Čechurová, Jana (advisor) ; Šedivý, Ivan (referee)
(in English): The presented work deals with the formation of collective memory and the reflection of the Enlightenment rulers of the Habsburg-Lorraine dynasty during the first Czechoslovak Republic (1918-1938). Those rulers are Maria Theresa (1740-1780) Joseph II. (1780-1790) and Leopold II. (1790-1792), who ruled in the lands of the Habsburg monarchy. The aim of this work is to assess their legacy in historiography and in public space in the form of memorial sites and monuments in the time of the first Czechoslovak Republic. The work partially compares the reflections of the Enlightenment rulers in the Czech and Slovak environment.
