It is devided into two main parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part, we deal with neoplasm illness, its division, etiology and neoplasm treatment. We also deal with the human needs during this illness, the communication of the diagnosis and experiencing it through as well as the hope and meaning of the hope for the incurable ones and very lastly palliative care. The practical part deals with results analysis of the qualitative survey which concerns the very perception of hope of oncologicaly ill patients. This empirical part is based on information gathered by half-structuralized dialogue relying on questionaire, which sadly was not accessible for the respondents.
