Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after arthroscopic for subacromial decompression The objective of this bachelor thesis is introduction with theme of physiotherapy of shoulder joint after arthroscopy for subacromial decompression. The thesis is divided in two main parts. The first (general) part describes anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of shoulder girdle briefly. There is also the reference of pathology in subacromial space and arthroscopic method description. There are some physiotherapeutic methods mentioned and processes which are proper for this diagnosis. The second (special) part refers detailed casuistry of patient after arthroscopy of shoulder girdle for subacromial decompression. There are references of case history, introductory kinesiology analysis, therapeutic plan determination and description of individual therapeutic units, final exit kinesiology analysis and evaluation of therapy effectiveness.
