Laboratory diagnosis of hepatitis E

This thesis in the theoretical part contains basic information about the problems of viral hepatitis E in the world and the Czech Republic. The practical part describes the methodology used to analyze samples with suspected viral hepatitis E. The first part examined the number of analyzed samples from patients suspected of being infected with hepatitis E ( HEV ). The analysis is performed according to the positivity or negativity of the results to those years , age and gender. In the second part, patients with a confirmed diagnosis of HEV infection are divided into individual years, and analyzed by gender, month of sampling and proven class of anti - HEV . Documents provided by the analysis based on statistical data of the investigated samples of patients in the virology laboratory of the Institute of Clinical Microbiology, Faculty Hospital in Hradec Kralove in the years 2008-2011.
