Mention the motivation of view of the employee and the empolyer, management skills, themes, incentives, work motivation and his teories, motivational factors, working conditions, corporate culture, job description, authority and responsibility, bussines management, the roles of manager, types of proceedings and output of respondents.
The practical part describes the motivation mechanism of the state company Vojenské lesy a statky ČR.
