Influence of environmental variables for invasive plants spread in PLA Kokořínsko

Bachelor's dissertation is orientated towards issue of presence of invasive plants. In chosen part of PLA Kokořínsko proceeded mapping of current extension of chosen invasive kinds of goldenrod (Solidago) and knotweed (Reynoutria). The goal of this bachelor's dissertation was mapping of affected invasive plants and consecutive evaluation of results, when there was investigated, which biotope affected kinds colonize. As complementary analysis there was investigated preference of type of soil of individual kinds. Most often there was affected S. canadensis, which also covered the biggest area. From final survey resulted which biotopes and ecosystems the invasive plants mostly invade. From the data is also possible to see that invasive weeds colonize most frequently man-made affected habitats and brown soil is preferred kind of soil.
