Consumer loan regulation

On April 23rd, 2008 the Directive 2008/48/EC on credit agreements for consumers of the European Parliament was adopted in Europe and became effective as of June 11th, 2010. The fundamental concept of my graduation theses is based on the information relevant for the sphere of the consumer credit regulation in context of above mentioned Direction. I have endeavored to record the principles of these changes in particular connection with the Czech Republic. This theses reveals various spectrums of components as fundamental terminology, principle of RPSN calculation, interest rates of consumer loans regulation, comparison with regulation of this area with regulation in other European countries and in Japan, impact of current financial crisis upon sphere of consumer credits, effects of new executor's regulations, possibility of usage of various registers of debtors, question of personal bankruptcy and at the close methods and conditions of current consumer credit's providers within the Czech Republic. The intention of my theses was to inform the readers about the up-coming changes and regulatory measures which should increase the efficiency of consumer loans providing and decrease the volume of indebted people and to provide the readers also with arguments for and against these planned measures.
