This bachelor thesis is occupied by latest development of small city called Nové Město na Moravě. In 2011 there passed off a construction of sport centre called Vysočina Arena and it had a major influence on the town. The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of development judged from social economic and environmental view. Firstly the bachelor thesis is concerned with theoretical basics. It explains the fundamental concept and connections. Afterwards this thesis is focused to ascertainment individuals views of different researched sectors. During my research I used quantitative and qualitative survey. It was implemented by using web pages and straight interviews with Mayor his deputy and representative of sports club.

Tradiční způsoby technologického zpracování ovoce z extenzivních výsadeb jako součást kulturního dědictví

This bachelor thesis describes the traditional ways of processing fruit in the region of Valašsko and the Bílé Karpaty. As an introduction to the subject is described extensive fruit growing, possible types of plantings and its importance. The next chapter deals with the history of fruit growing, followed by an overview of the old and regional varieties of cultivated fruit and a list of minor fruit varieties that fit the traditional processing. For fruit species there is a description, history of cultivation, content and cultural perception of the fruit. The other chapters describe traditional methods of fruit processing. Drying, moistening, burning, wine making and floating. The chapters describe the technological processes of production, suitable fruit species and examples of processors and their products. The conclusion of the thesis is the reflection on the development of extensive fruit growing and its processing within our traditions.

Charakteristika vín s označením 'Skalický rubín'

Bachelor thesis deals with wine Skalický rubín, its characteristics, origin, specification and given a mark of protected designation of origin. It describes the area where the varieties, that make up this wine grow and climatic and soil conditions of this area. The history of viticulture and winery in Skalica is also described. The experimental part deals with analysis of the grape variety Blaufränkish, analytical and sensory evaluation of the Skalický rubín wine, The results of these experiments show that Blaufränkisch is best grown in the Skalica viticulture area, called Žebráky, that all samples od the Skalický rubín wine were without any faults, with analytical values corresponding to the specifics of the Skalický rubín wine and a good quality character.

Dřeviny v lidové slovesnosti, obyčejích, zvycích a pojmenování oblasti Bílých Karpat

Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of trees in folklore, customs, habits and naming the White Carpathians. The first part focuses on the characteristics of natural, historical and ethnographic conditions of the area, which shaped the current state of the region. The second part brings near folklore and dialect, memorial trees with an interesting history, celebrations and traditions associated with trees of this area, then it is possible to get acquainted with folk literature and folklore of Moravian Kopanice in connection with trees, with various folk names and naming fruit species. The literary sources show that the most popular trees in folklore and customs were cultivated fruit species, oak, maple, hawthorn and dog rose. In some parts of the region is different folk naming. In conclusion, founded historical practices were compared with the current maintenance of traditions and than compared with a possible reflection of folklore to a garden landscape design.

This bachelor thesis aims to importance of tourism in Uhersko-Hradišťko region. There are described regional traditions, habits, heritage monuments and economical results. Through economy survey of J. A. Komenského museum and Jízda králů festival are interpreted results of tourism. Questionnaire to find out popularity of festivals and regional traditions has been made. At the conclusion have been suggested steps to increase tourism for festivals and traditions in Uhersko-Hradišťsko region.

Současnost a tradiční severské stavby

The aim of this Bachelors thesis is to summarize cultural and historical context of timber building construction in Finland. It outlines the impact of geographic location and climate conditions and their importance in designing timber structures. It shows the evolution of the traditional vernacular architecture and consequently its gradual integration with the urban architecture. It describes the traditional design principles, materials, details and examples of buildings with which we could meet in history, but also in the present. Furthermore, it compares the building and construction principles of two seemingly different cultures, Czech and Finnish, and evaluates the possibilities of inspiration from Finnish tradition and contemporary practice in the Czech Republic.

Novostavba rodinného domu ve skandinávském stylu

This final bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a new family house in the Scandinavian style. The introduction is focused on Scandinavia and the region of Northern Europe, its climatic conditions, geography and history. The next part of the thesis describes the present of Scandinavian architecture and its comparison with architecture in the Czech Republic. From the findings, three architectural studies of Scandinavian-style family houses were designed for a family of four. The thesis describes how the individual architectural studies differ and why the individual solutions were chosen. 3D visualizations and layouts are also developed, which describe how they differ and why they are so designed. Last but not least, one of the studies of the family house was selected for completion in the project documentation for the building permit according to the Decree 499/2006 Coll. as amended, including the prescribed appendices according to the assignment of the bachelor's thesis. The project documentation is in a separate appendix to the final thesis. The final discussion summarizes and explains how the Scandinavian style influenced the design of the house, where the influence of this style is evident in the 3D visualization of the resulting family house in the project part. The difference between geographical and climatic conditions in the Czech Republic and in Scandinavia is also described.

The Bachelor's Diploma Thesis Utilization of Traditional Values and the Influence of the Western Model of Enterprise on Viniculture is divided into four main chapters which are further divided into subchapters. The first chapter deals with the development of viniculture in Western European countries and the current state of global wine production. In the second chapter I analyse traditions related to viniculture, folklore and vinitourism. The third chapter describes wine enterprises in the Czech Republic, wine import and export, wine business legislation and the wine black market. The last chapter explores the basic characteristics of the wine business model and the new alternatives in the sphere of marketing and digital technologies.

Analýza lidové kultury v obcích mikroregionu Východní Slovácko

This thesis analyzes the traditions in the villages of the microregion Východní Slovácko. In this territory have been preserved traditions that are typical to this area or a particular community. Their geographical proximity leads to the frequent occurrence of common habits and events. The aforementioned cultural area is characterized by its traditions, therefore it is necessary to maintain these habits and develop in order to preserve them for another generations. The theoretical part of this thesis defines the basic terminology of the subject. The practical part is focused on the analysis of common traditions and selected unique customs.
