Theoretical part describes the topic price, costs, setting the budget and types of materials for building family houses. Practical part is describe family house which is chosen for the budgets. It looks on the chosen sort of constructive systems in terms of technology and price.

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the project documentation for the realization of a two-generation wooden building of a family house. The solved structure is located in the Brno-Jih district, the cadastral area of Dolní Heršpice. The family house is designed as a semi-detached house with a saddle roof, which is connected by communicative area with a north-facing entrance. The building has two above-ground floors, non-cellar and is intended for permanent living of two families. The structural design of the building is frame-covered with Fermacell gypsum fiber boards.

This building is situated near the ČR-PL border in a small vilage Nydek, right under the peak Stozek. In overal is this thesis about engineering report, technological study of main technological stages, time and financial plan and basic conception of site traffic. It also includes a bill of quantities, safety measures on site and tries to solve issues associated with transportating materials to high elevations in the mountains.
