The Performance Evaluation of Strojírna Oslavany, Ltd. Using Balanced Scorecard Approach

This master´s thesis deals with the performance evaluation of the company STROJÍRNA OSLAVANY, spol. s r.o. using the Balanced Scorecard approach and proposes the implementation of this method in the company. A proposed concept of the Balanced Scorecard is based on the strategic and financial analysis, through which the future performance of the company will be evaluated on. The thesis specifies the strategic targets for each perspective of the concept, assigns the financial and non-financial measures for individual targets, determines target value, intended strategic actions, identifies risks and evaluates the benefits of the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept into the company.

The strategic initiatives that lead to fulfill proposed strategic objectives are determined afterwards. The final part of this thesis deals with risks and benefits related to the Balanced Scorecard concept implementation.
