Lokaj, Ondřej ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Vampola, Jindřich (referee)
Title: The size of the movement load during the match in professional female soccer players Aims: Determining the amount of movement load during a championship match in professional female soccer players. Method: A total of 18 players from the club SK Slavia Praha participated in the research (Ø 24.8 years; the youngest 17 years old, the oldest 39 years old). The method of observation was using GPS technology for data collection in the form of field testing. The monitored external movement load variables were: Total Distance Travelled (TDT), High Intensity Running (HIR), Sprint Distance (SD), Sprints (number), Acceleration, Deceleration and Maximum Speed (MS). To evaluate the significance of the differences between individual categories, the substantive significance coefficient of Hedges's g was used. Results: Female centre-backs achieved lower values in total distance travelled (TDT) compared to full-backs, midfielders and center forwards (g = 0.91-1.27). A significant difference in the high intensity running (HIR) indicator in the match was not found between the central defenders and the other contributions. Here, we observed only a moderate difference, except for a significantly lower value compared to sub-spinal attackers. A very significant difference was found between the strikers and the...
Comparison of amount of physical load in the Czech and Austrian footballers at the same level of performance
Bujnovský, David ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Frýbort, Pavel (referee)
Title: Comparison of the size of the motor load in the Czech and Austrian soccer players at the same performance level Objectives: The aim is to determine the size of the physical load of players during a football match. At the same time the next aim is to determinate the differences of physical load between Czech and Austrian soccer players at the same performance level. Methods: The indirect (mediated) observations was used in this bachelor thesis, because the data were recorded by computers, from which data were subsequently processed to form of the results. Sporttester "Polar RS800" were used to assess the size of the physical load. For statistical analysis the "effect size" was used. Results: In terms of size of the physical load the significant difference was found between Czech and Austrian soccer players in average time spent on level of higher physical load (heart rate over 85% of maximum heart) during the football match. However, based on the conditions under which measurement were made, it is clear that it is impossible to draw definite conclusions. Analysis of external indicators of physical activity in professional football players
Hrubý, Jakub ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Malý, Tomáš (referee)
Name: Analysis of external indicators of physical activity in professional football players Objectives: Find out the amount of movement load of professional football players using selected external indicators with regard to different player positions. At the same time, the aim of the work is to determine the ratio of training load between a microcycle and a championship match Methods: The research group consisted of 19 football players from a professional football club, their movement load was analyzed in 15 championship matches and 37 training units within eight weekly training microcycles. All data on the physical activity of players was recorded using a global portable system (GPS; Catapult Sports). The Hedges g factor was used to evaluate the significance of the differences between the two group ratios. Results: In the indicator of the total distance covered (CPV) in the match, the central defenders (10 131,1 ± 1588,7 m) did not differ significantly from other game positions, except for the central midfielders, who recorded the highest values (11 495,2 ± 533,3 m). On the contrary, the lowest values were reached in CPV by players in the position of external defenders (9 629,8 ± 1 380 m). In the indicator, the high-intensity running (> 18 km.h-1) in the match was covered by the longest distance...

Frýbort, Pavel ; Süss, Vladimír (advisor) ; Tomajko, Dušan (referee) ; Seidl, Zdeněk (referee)
Title: The physical load on the body as a factor influencing perceptual cognitive functions. Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the size of the physical load and the visual-motor response time and the accuracy of the decision-making by junior soccer players. Methods: The fourty two respondents (in an average age of 19 ± 1.2 years) participated in the study. It was the single factor quasiexperimental, multilevel and intragroup in which we tried to reveal the causal relationship between the visual-motor response time and the accuracy of the decision-making depending on the size of the previous physical load. We proposed a diagnostic instrument containing the video of the offensive game situations which would allow simultaneous evaluation of the visual-motor response time (using Dartfish software program) and the accuracy of the decision-making (through experts assessment). Results and discussion: The diagnostic instrument contains sixteen video clips of the offensive game situations according to the highest degree of conformity of the panelists. I used polychoric correlation matrix to express dependencies between each game situation within each group comprising four video clips of the offensive game situations. The results of the matrix (range -0.437 to 0.306)...
Monitoring and comparison of physical movement in elite female soccer players
Chlastáková, Jitka ; Malý, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Title: Monitoring and comparison of physical movement in elite female soccer players Objectives: Determine and compare load and physical movement of the football players according to the team and playing position of each player. Determine differences between the physical motion of the players during the first and second half and difference according the results of the game. Methods: The test group was consisted of 27 women's soccer players from SK Slavia Prague and National team of the Czech Republic. Measurement was made in 8 friendly games and one league game during the winter preseason 2018 (January - March). All the datas were collected indirectly with observation because all datas were collected by devices. Datas has been transfered to computer and they were processed. Data collection has been made with usage of GPSports devices and sportester "Polar T34". Results: The players of Slavia achieved higher motion load although there is a little difference between the results of researched teams. This is evidenced by distinction between average distance achieved (x̄ = 246, 54 m; 2, 48%), as well as running in high intensity where the difference was 30.42 m, i.e. 2.92% and also the number of sprints plus repeated sprints were discovered in higher level at Slavia players (the difference in sprint was...

Ivasko, Aleš ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Frýbort, Pavel (referee)
Title: The assesment of intensity of physical load using heart rate in different types of preparatory games in football players. Objectives: Determine the intensity of physical load in different types of preparatory games within the training unit with professional football players. At the same time the aim is to determine possible differences in the intensity of physical load in different types of preparatory games because of the different player's positions. Methods: Sport tester "Polar RS800" was used to assess the intensity heart rate during the preparatory games in training unit. The research group consisted of professional football players (N = 8) who play the second highest senior competition. Results: In terms physical load was found to be substantively significant difference between the midfielders and defenders in the time spent above the anaerobic threshold. With midfielders and players on wings were found to be minor to moderate significant differences in time spent above the anaerobic threshold during the preparatory games. It is similar with midfielders and attackers which were found too minor to moderate significant differences in time spent above the anaerobic threshold during the preparatory games. . Keywords: Football, physical load, heart rate, preparatory game, player's positions.
