Financial Quantification in the Quality Management System in a chosen Firm

Annotation I have devoted this bachelor's thesis to financial measurement in the quality management system of a selected enterprise, namely Pampus Automotive s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two sections: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical section, I have addressed quality management cost models and their related cost items. In the practical section, I have applied the model chosen by Pampus Automotive s.r.o. and identified the cost items. I then allocate a numerical value to cost items and, based on the resulting graphs, I draw a conclusion on the effectiveness of the quality management system.

Evaluation of the operations, management and economy of a company providing freight transport and finding a solution for its expansion to other types of transport services

The bachelor thesis aims at evaluating quality of operations, management and economics of an existing company operating in freight transport. First part of the thesis involves theoretical base and defines basic terms. Second part consists of work itself, where financial analysis and organization structure analysis are used, and where are defined the biggest costs areas of the company. The gained inputs are here evaluated as well.
