Choroby jehlic borovice lesní Pinus sylvestris v NPR Toulovcovy Maštale, LS Choceň

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to process literature review on knowledge of pathogens on a Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris). Three selected areas in NR Toulovcovy Maštale, represented (A) artificial and (B) natural regeneration, and (C) young growth were observed during the year 2018. In the first area, there was a place with 72 individua of which 12 were seriously damaged or killed by frying Lophodermium pinastri (Schrad.) Chevall. were observed as a saprophyte. The second area was invaded by Lophodermium pinastri as a saprophyte as well. The other pathogen was Cyclaneusma minus (Butin) DiCosmo. In the third area insect feeding was found, not resulting to death of another individua. Drought has impact to all three areasand it shows in changes in color of needles, mortality of seedling or weak individuals with insufficient root system.
